The guest room, king, also has a private bath. A spiral staircase leads to the third-floor bonus guest room, queen, with a low vaulted ceiling.

On the main level is a half bath and laundry room. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes marble countertops and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, along with gorgeous views of the Gulf. Past the sliding glass door is the beachfront patio, with another large smart TV, a dining area, and comfy seating. A wonderful space.
