Every room has it's own balcony! This unit is unlike anything you have stayed in before with elegant furnishings throughout. We have worked to make our unit totally unique. It has been a labor of love decorating and creating what we feel is an exquisite vacation experience.
So for a vacation with memories for a lifetime call today, . The ocean front master bedroom with king sized sleigh bed features a large whirlpool tub and ocean front balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds and its own ocean-river view balcony. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, ocean front balcony, Custom Entertainment Center with Plasma TV, DVD, & High Definition programming with multiple HBO channels.
We put in a major upgrade expanding the kitchen counter space with granite counter tops, replacing the carpet, tile, raising the bathroom cabinets, putting in granite counter tops in each bathroom, and adding a closet to the guest bedroom. In addition, new faucets were put in the bathrooms, kitchen, plus a larger quieter garbage disposal, full sized quiet dishwasher, and we added a tank less water heater so our guests will get hot water fast, even when the buildings’ central system can't keep up. The unit can sleep 8 people comfortably. Every room has digital cable TV and we offer a DVD lending library for your enjoyment. With balconies off every room and a split bedroom plan everyone can have their own private retreat.

The condo was exactly as represented. It was very clean and well decorated. The linens, towels, dishes and small appliances were well stocked and of extra nice quality. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was an extra bonus. The location was perfect for a family vacation with multiple restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this condo. The owners were wonderful, kept us informed of any changes and personally helped our family through a medical emergency..

Booked over the phone with Dennis and communicated through text and email and went very smooth. We will definitely be booking through them again.

Dennis & Carmen were a delight to work with from the very beginning. They wanted to make sure we had all of our questions answered and to make sure their property was right for us. The check-in process for their unit was super easy. I had stayed at the Wyndham property before, but not at this particular unit and the check-in process was the most difficult part, so I can say renting with Dennis & Carmen made this stay incredibly better! The unit itself was very clean and orderly and stocked well for our needs. All appliances where in good working order and the layout of the unit was great for us. The Wyndham has a wonderful fitness facility and the other amenities at the Wyndham are great as well, which makes this particular rental quite nice. We were at a conference at the Ocean Center, so this location was great! You are so close to everything and most restaurants are all within walking distance too! I have already recommended this unit to some family that comes their annually and I am certain if we were needing to stay in the Daytona Beach area again, we would contact Dennis and Carmen first to check on this particular unit availability before going anywhere else. We loved it being an end unit and having 3 separate balconies to enjoy. Most of the units we have had in the past only had 1 balcony, so the 3 balconies was a really nice feature!

The unit is very clean and maintained with updated furnishings. With the layout, furnishings and being on the beach you will be in a relaxed atmosphere. Very spacious for large families. Secured internet is a plus! Owners are very nice and personable to communicate with by email or phone . The resort is located within walking distance to shops, attractions, dining etc.

We stayed for 2 nights. Had a great time. Place was very cozy and comfortable with all the basic amenities. Beautiful view of the ocean from all three balconies. Owner Dennis was very helpful and prompt. The whole checking/checkout process was smooth. Condo was in the heart of Daytona beach with easy and close access to fast food and activities. We would definitely recommend staying here.
