→ Resort Fee - There is a $30 parking fee per stay and $6.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.
→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
→ Damage Waiver - There is accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance! '
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

HayleyGreat place, will be back Positive: Right on the beach, so fun! Easy access and CLEAN Negative: Not a dislike by any means, just wish we could pay extra to park a golf cart on the property. But public parking is available!

StephanieLocation was wonderful! Condo was exactly as listed. I appreciate how Valeriya was very responsive and helped me figure out a situation when power was lost and it messed up the air in the unit. I would book here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

KarolineThe location was great, we were on the first floor and the pool was a few steps away from the condo and the beach access was really close so to the condo. Restaurant were walkable distance away from this location. The condo itself was okay, noted some stain on the furniture and the refrigerator still had items from the previous tenants. The dishes weren’t properly cleaned. Other than these small things I had a great stay and loved that beach chairs were included with the stay.

YeseniaValeriya’s place was amazing and in the BEST location for a family vacation. We were able to conveniently walk down to the beach daily, walk to restaurants, stores and the places we did drive to weren’t far from us at all. By far one of our favorite vacations and we will definitely be booking again in the future :) we also felt safe and had no issues during our stay!

RobynUpon checking in I sent photos showing dirty pillows with no pillowcases for pull out sofa, stains on comforter, hair in kitchen sink, hair in bathroom shower, dirty toilet, hair on walls, hair on floor, and floor was dirty. I was told that the inspection photos showed it was clean and no refund would be given. I didn't open out the couch I just slept sitting up because I didn't have a clean pillow or a clean comforter. The messages says response time within 7 hours. Great location on 1st floor that you can walk right out to the beach. Too bad it wasn't clean. I was there for 2 days, Checked out the following morning. I refused to stay in a dirty unit and host didn't offer to have someone clean while we were out, to bring clean pillows and a comforter. NOTHING! I asked for a partial refund - Host refused.

AprilWe loved being able to walk out and have the pool and beach access right there. The condo was really clean and we felt at home. While we didn’t cook much, the kitchen is VERY stocked in case you do plan on cooking. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in PCB

BeckyPositive: We love the location & staying on the first floor. It's so nice to just walk out onto the deck & just a few steps away be on the beach. Parking is also a plus. No hassle of parking in a garage & walking forever to get to your unit. Negative: The only complaint that we had was that the pullout couch was not very comfortable.

DanaeFun, relaxing stay! Positive: We loved that we could just walk out on the ground floor. Negative: The trash dumpsters were in front where you walk through to your condo. Sometimes it smelled. But not inside the condo. So we were ok with it. If they could have them on the side of the building.

CraigWe had a great stay, condo was very clean, and was very peaceful, not your typical PCB stay where you have to deal with loud music and young adults acting like idiots. We had a great time and will definitely try to get this condo again in the future

EllaHost was super responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. The place did what it needed to do but it definitely could not have slept 6 like advertised. Gnats in the kitchen every time we walked in there. Drawers to unpack clothes in were dirty with dust, dirt, and hair. Found a cockroach in our shower the first night, bathroom overall needs renovation or new caulking in bathroom. Kitchen is extremely tight but gets the job done. Floors were extremely dirty, we walked barefoot from the door to the walkout and our feet were black. Sink leaked while doing dishes.
