This home has the best water and unlimited hot water for the 3 bathrooms. The 2 guest rooms have 2 large beds in each .
The condo is in the resort with all amenities, golf ,tennis, excerscse room, restaurants, coffee shops, pools, entertainments and the best expanded views on the beach On the third floor, so it is easy to walk but the elevators are available .
it is at walking distance to restaurants and stores.
The owner talks English and French. The owner Jeanne is available to help at anytime.
Guests after paying the owner for rent , pay the resort directly $50 for registration and extra for parking passes. max 3 cars after on line registration with the special guest web- Also they will register each guest and resort bracelets will be in the condo after ID verification.

The tap water is filtered and the condo water as well. you have a soft water instant water heater providing unlimited hot water.

The condo is close to many attractions for all in the family . The 3 bedrooms will be comfortable for 8 people but will take up to ten people including small children..

This was our 5th time to book with Ms Jeanne. Each year she just keeps adding things to the condo that make it better and better. She’s wonderful to deal with and always available if we have any questions. The condo is in the perfect location with easy access to everything and can easily use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevators. We look forward to this condo and Ms Jeanne every year now!!

We spent one week in the condo and had a blast. We enjoyed talking to the owner and she made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location provided easy access to the beach and pools. The owner even called us on our way out of town and thanked us for how clean we left the condo. When we go back definitely would want to stay there again.

This is a really nice condo. Love having the 2 beds in 2 of the bedrooms. Plenty of everything you will need for great stay at the beach. Owner is very attentive and checks with you to make sure everything is good. Lots of chairs on balcony that has an amazing views. The 3rd floor is great location in build 3. You can see the beach and the pool from your condo, and the views are great. Also allows you to take stairs since on 3rd floor and you are basically right at the pool when you get down and not far from there to beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in John's condo at Long Beach Resort! The resort office staff was very helpful. It was a secure facility without feeling like we were being constantly watched. The lobby & elevators were kept clean. The only negatives were the fitness room not having free weights & not being able to adjust the thermostat in the condo. I would definitely rent there again!
