La maison est adaptée pour une grande famille mais manque de petits équipements de « confort » à l’arrivée ( café, condiments ,…) et il faudrait prévoir quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement et de mise en sécurité de la maison ( murs sales, carrelages cassés par endroits, moquettes sales, lave vaisselle non fixé, quelques modifications au niveau électrique est à faire car beaucoup trop de rallonges et câbles apparentes dangereux avec enfants en bas âges et seuils de portes fenêtres cassés ) Pour l’extérieur, la table de ping pong est présente mais inutilisable, pas assez d’entretien de la piscine ainsi que du jardin Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour malgré ces petits désagréments

Ive been to miami 1000 times and there was nothing like this stay it was perfect for me and my kids. They had a lot of things to do and places to go. my kids love it it was like we moved into a new home. sucks when it was time to go home lol. Everything was great. Communication was awsome will reply in seconds. My kids wouldn't get out of the pool.W e were also able to grill which made out stay more like we belonged there hehe. loved it will definitely come back!!!!! Thank you again!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property, which was chosen specifically for its advertised heated pool and expected comfort. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated, directly contradicting the listing details, and significantly impacting our stay. Additionally, the master bedroom bed was in such poor condition that it caused back pain, detracting further from our experience. Communication with the host about these issues did not lead to any satisfactory resolution. This experience was not at all what I expected from the description and certainly not worth the premium price paid. Future guests should be wary of the discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the actual condition of the property.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Positive: The property manager responded to a few of our concerns, immediately. The weather was great. Negative: The pictures were very deceptive of the actual home. Lots of pano to make things look larger and lots of photoshop to edit out things they don't want you to see until you get there. The fact that one "bedroom" is just a converted garage with no windows seems like something that wouldn't pass an inspection, and we'd have never picked the house if we knew that it was just the garage, ahead of time. The pool photos somehow do not indicate that there is a powerline running 12 feet over the length of the pool. The carpet is as dirty as any I have seen. We have an incredibly detailed list, should the hosts wish to discredit anything we say. Very dirty and stained carpet Broken blinds VERY busy street, constant traffic outside the house, and loud cars all day and night Pool wasn’t heated and it took us 5 days to get it heated (pool was VERY cold without it being heated) No propane when we arrived 2 missing deck chairs Converted garage counted as bedroom/no window (air didn't work in this room - someone had to come the wall unit) Powerline running over the pool No balcony as listed All pool cues were broken when we arrived Holes in pool table pockets No dish towels, hotpads or the like for the kitchen (we were told we should have brought our own because it wasn't listed in the description - had to go buy them) No pool ladder as pictured No coffee maker as pictured when we arrived Broken glass was left in garbage disposal Some sliding doors open and some won’t The light switches make no sense and no message or note from host to decipher what powers what Dirt and hair on the floors when we arrived Dead bugs on the floor when we arrived Towels were stained and not enough for all guests (we had to go buy towels) Pool is in rough shape House is in rough shape Not all cupboards in the kitchen open No dressers in any bedroom No closet doors in bedrooms Stray cat that lives in the backyard and you need to chase it under...

We had an okay experience at this place. It is in a good location, responsive management, some amenities. But be alerted the misleading information on listing, the pool is not heated, it is natural temperature base on weather. And one more thing made us uncomfortable about this home is the carpets in bedroom are stained, very aged, better to prepare slippers. This place is a scam! Please read this: I’m not sure how this place has good ratings when everything was not as described. Communication is horrible (it’s been a week of going back & forth just to speak with a manager), the place was dirty (stained rugs, hair everywhere, finger prints on the wall, backyard not cleaned & trimmed, tables not wiped, floors not swept, makeup stains on pillows, we even saw boogers on the pillows!!!). The listing is located on one of the busiest streets so it is very noisy. Even with “quiet time” you still had huge trucks passing by in the wee hours of the morning. Half of the amenities were broken (lawn chairs, lights in the backyard, heated pool, one of the three queen beds were broken, pool sticks never replaced). We didn’t even have hot water or Wi-Fi the first day! A lady came to lint roll the couch, used febreze, & clean the sheets. And that was all that was done. Technician came for a bit and did nothing. Horrible stay & horrible customer service

The house is need of maintenance. There is a leak in the converted garage/bedroom underneath the wall-mounted A/C unit. The side table in the living room is so wobbly that it will spill your drink. The ping pong table in the backyard is in poor condition; the paddles are water logged from being left in the rain. Every pool cue has the tip broken off, and the nets on pool table are in need of repair. The fridge does not have any light inside of it, and one of the shelves is broken. Just bad quality all around.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this property! Plenty of room for a large group and the backyard was lovely. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only downsides to our stay was there weren’t enough bath towels for every guest and there were a few pieces of broken glass around the pool. Definitely recommend this place and will book with We Stay in the future!

Not bad and the host seems try to make things better but this house does not live up to the pictures or price.The house is aged and has at least 3 major water leaks. One rooms floor floods every rain. One closet leaks and hallway. This is really bad cause it rains all the time off and on.The hot water is barely luke warm and for master bedroom shower pretty much just cold.

The house have all the facilities offered but needs a lot of maintenance, check in fast and nice. House smells really good but the house have a lot of issues including not well maintained and not well cleaned. First thing we find out was a door that doesn’t lock, No communication with management until next day, so we the adults were forced to stay up all night to ensure our family safety. Stains all over the carpet, the tiles broken everywhere, kitchen and fridge plenty of space and everything you”ll need but some dishes and specially utensils dirty with old food in it, the PAC Man machine nice, kids stays playing most of the time, they love it. Adults love the pool table but there was dog feces in the carpet, really nasty and uncomfortable. There were roaches around the house. We can’t use the pool until the third day of our stay because was dirty . Iwill not recommend this place since have a lot of issues. We were forced to stay because no options where offered to us.

Check in was great. The company communicates well. I suspect the place at one point was in great condition but over time they have stopped paying attention to detail. Walls are dirty, flies and mosquitoes (but I understand its Florida), carpet has stains, bedsheets had stains, 1 towel per person, no washcloths, the shower in the bedroom with 2 beds has horrible pressure, no floor towels for when you step out of the shower. Otherwise kitchen is stocked well, there is a pool, cuesticks for pool need to be changed as you cant even hit a ball with how dull it is and table tennis balls were flat. Lots of potentials to be great again if the management team gives it some more love.

Dave the host is exemplary, he is responsive, proactive and willing to help anyway he can. The home has a beautiful pool, living room, chefs kitchen and comfortable beds. Our favorite was the Pac Man Arcade Game, the family really enjoyed it.If your looking for a good property with a great host who truly offers the ultimate guest experience this is it, look no further! This place needs some serious maintenance to be worth the "luxe" premium they charge.There are dead lightbulbs in almost every room. The pool water was very cloudy. The fridge had a broken shelf. Backyard doors can't be securely locked from the inside. The master bedroom shower doesn't get very hot.The host was very fast to respond, but not very helpful. When we asked for the pool to be cleaned they quickly sent someone who removed dirt from the surface, but the water remained just as cloudy as before, so we didn't use the pool during our stay. The house was packed with mosquitoes when we arrived, so the host provided outdoor mosquito-repellent candles that couldn't be used inside the house without it being a fire hazard.Finally, traffic around the house during weekdays is hell. You can expect loud noises early in the morning and to be stuck in traffic each time you arrive.Definitely not worth the money.

Really nothing to say except for utter perfection. The hosts were amazing, the house was beautiful and, if your jewish, no better people to work with. I took 11 guys with me on a trip and it was more than enough room and any, and i mean ANY small inquiry we had i contacted either David or Yehuda and they responded quicker that you can ever imagine and they even went out of the way to buy us certain things that we wanted to make our stay better! Highly reccomend 10/10
