"Beach Haven" is the perfect location for million-dollar sunset views over the ocean. Perfectly located directly on the beach just down from multiple restaurants and shops at pier park. The tidewater beach resort offers the best amenities on the beach with 3 pools 4 hot tubs, onsite restaurants, a tiki bar, and a coffee shop with an ice cream bar. Our unit comes with beach chairs and miscellaneous beach gear.
The space
This condo has 2 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms. The Master King has a tub and shower while the 2nd king room has a shower. The 3rd is an upgraded bunk bed and attached bath-shower combination. The kitchen has an electric stove, a new 2021 refrigerator with ice and water, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, keurig coffee, A toaster, and other items like pots pans utensils.
Beach View Room the highlight of the space has a section couch and loveseat along with a 65-inch smart television (with Netflix)
Guest access
Guest will have full access to our unit including all the other features of the property including the gym, roman spas, steam room, sauna, indoor pool, Gameroom, theater, and outdoor pool/beach.
Other things to note
This property is one of the best places to stay on the beach and to help ensure it stays at the top and to help everyone enjoy their time here the board has adopted an age limit of 25 due to past issues of spring break parties and spring breakers not being able to handle themselves on a positive manner. This means someone over the age of 25 must be staying that the property the entire stay.
