This condo is located just blocks off of 776 in Englewood. Just down the road is historic Dearborn Street with all of its quaint restaurants and the farmers market. Just a quick drive in the opposite direction brings you to South Venice and its shopping, restaurants and the beautiful downtown and the North and South Jetties. If you want to access all that Sarasota has to offer no problem just 40 minutes from your designated parking space to Sarasota. Fort Myers is about the same number of miles as Sarasota but the drive is about 75-90 minutes.
Looking for a day trip? Tampa and St. Pete are a very easy drive and well worth the time!

Great condo! Everything I needed was provided and the king size bed was very comfortable. Very clean; furniture and appliances appear to be new. I liked the location, not far from three different beaches, the Englewood farmers market and quaint Dearborn Street; it's also located in a good walking neighborhood. Cindy replied quickly to all my questions and/or needs. Definitely recommend staying here!

We strive to keep it simple and ask renters to leave our home in the same condition as you found it. Rental fees include cleaning. A $300 deposit is refundable if unit is left clean and undamaged.
Yes, but when temperature drops below 55 heaters turn off. When temperatures drop outdoors it is difficult to guarantee the water temperature can be maintained at the heat setting.
Manasota Key Beach is the closest. Also very close are Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach and Stump Pass Beach. Just to the north and Boca Grande is a quick drive. To the south experience the North and South Jetties in Venice and Nokomis. Drive a bit further north to Sarasota for Siesta Key Beach (50 minutes) and to the South for Fort Myers Beach (1.5 hours)
