The unit has a huge master with a king bed plus a bathroom/walk-in closet and a guest room with 2 full sized beds. There is a guest bathroom upstairs. It also has a private loft with 2 twin size beds.
Enjoy the keys life on the private relaxing patio which features an outdoor table and grill. Come make memories in paradise.
This vacation sanctuary is right next door to Founder's Park /Yacht Harbor and Marina. If you would like to bring your boat, you can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee. There is no docking allowed at the EBC marina. As an EBC renter, you have access to Founders park at no cost. You can enjoy the beach, snorkeling and an aquatic center with a lap pool, diving boards and Splash pad for kids. They often have free concerts and other free events too. The park has trails for running, walking and biking and more! It offers tennis and pickleball courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, multi-use open fields, and playground.
Additionally, EBC is located near Winn Dixie (MM 91) and Publix (MM 83) as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops.

There are an abundance of activities at Executive Bay Club for everyone in the family! The community offers a private beach, heated pool, as well tennis and/or pickle ball court. The complex is well maintained and offers lush foliage to enjoy the beauties of nature. There is a 28 night minimum required which will leave you yearning for more.

Christine H.Absolutely perfect stay
We stayed at this location in April-May 2026. It was amazing. My parents stayed with my husband and I and our 10 year old son. The unit was immaculate. It was clean, beautiful and fully equipped for our stay. The spiral staircase was a little challenging for my mom (65) with some back issues but posed no real problems. The location was wonderful and the amenities in the community were top notch. We spent hours fishing from the dock, snorkeling in the lagoon and swimming in the pool. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were settling in well. We could not have asked for better hosts or accommodations. We were close to excellent restaurants, boat rentals, fishing charters, groceries, a sweet shopping village, and a beautiful community park (there was a fee but as military, we didn’t have to pay it). We would come back a million times. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on!!

Spending the month of December at this beautiful condo with my family was an unforgettable experience. The condo itself was warm, cozy, and inviting, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better – the beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening. Additionally, the pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Ana, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, showing kindness, thoughtfulness, and a genuine desire to accommodate our needs. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!
