Sailfish Gulf Suites #4, Garden Views, Steps from the Beach

Perfect getaway

This property was just what we were looking for. Flew in, had one car parking spot, arrived at the unit and it was super clean, and very well stocked for cooking in and going to the beach (chairs/umbrellas/floats/cooler). The beach was beautiful and directly outside of the units (no crossing roads). Owner was very responsive and attentive. I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants an affordable, clean beachfront location.

Great place

Was very clean and very nice place. Really no complaints but the pull out bed on the couch could use to be ungraded mattress or to a air up one but other then that the place was great close to the beach and places to eat.

Amazing Space & Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sailfish Gulf Suites! Easy self check in and check out. The space is comfortable and nicely done. The location is great— You can walk to many amenities including Skinny's, Publix, beach shops and more. You can't beat being steps away from the sand and ocean! Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation!!

We stayed at the Sailfish years ago and the renovations that were done are fantastic!! Living area and kitchen were very accommodating.....it made cooking easy in the well appointed kitchen. Property was well maintained. Very nice!!

Paradise

This was our second year staying at Sailfish and we can’t wait to come back next year. The location on the Gulf is perfect and the tables and chairs on the patio were a great place for morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The unit had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There are many restaurants within walking distance and Publix is only a block away. I had to contact Tamie once with a question and she responded within 10 minutes. Paradise!

Perfect location

Stayed here for seven nights, enjoyed the place very much. Comes with everything that you need. All you have to do is go shopping if you want food. Perfect location right in the middle of the island. Easy to get to any restaurant that you want. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Another perfect stay

Another great stay at Sailfish. The location & amenities are perfect. Private but close to everything you need! We had some medical issues that affected our stay but Tamie went above & beyond with some helpful options. We look forward to our next stay again!

Wow! Amazing

Suite #4 at Sailfish was wonderful. Clean, very clean!! Roomy, bed was comfortable. And the ice maker worked so fast, for margaritas, a must!! The outdoor area very nice. We sat out there after the sun went down. No expense was spared in furniture, inside & out. Having a free laundry room was a very nice feature. I would gave Sailfish Gulf Suites a 15/10!! We'll be back and recommend to everyone thinking about staying close to the beach!

Paradise at Sailfish Gulf Suites

Very nice accommodations! We loved the location of our suite right on the beach. Easy access to the suite for us with keyless entry. It’s a one story building with no stairs to climb which made it easy to come on and off the beach throughout the day. The suite is updated, open and bright. The king size bed is very comfortable. We enjoy staying in at night for dinner after the amazing sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing us to do that. We look forward to staying with you again!

Right on the Beach!

It was a lovely week at Sailfish for us in February 2023 as the weather was very cooperative. We enjoyed meals and cocktails at the nice outdoor umbrella tables, beaching it with the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas they provide, along with all the necessary amenities in unit 4. Although it’s the back unit and on the road we seldom heard road noise. We had an issue with setting up the TV and they were immediate on their response to our needs. Great location — walk to the public beach cafe with evening entertainment, walk to Publix and CVS, close to the island trolley stop so really would not need a car unless wanted to travel off the island. The traffic is a problem with all the construction and popularity of AMI so maybe this is a win-win. Quick walk to Skinnyj’s for a great burger, loved our morning breakfasts at the beach cafe (corned beef hash, yummy sandwich, omelets). The price is steep ($3000 total for the week) but the island is very popular and beachfront is a real plus!

This was the best stay I have had in 30+ years of coming to FL

The location was perfect for my needs, on the beach yet in a quiet area with trees and natural fauna. The trolley and bus were available and I could have rented a golf cart if I wanted. The suite very high quality, solid, and so quiet at night. There is no need for a car as stores are a block or so away. The view from the patio is just classic perfect path to the beach. I stayed in the garden view which was very private. Kitchen awesome with everything you need. Its old Florida without the "old"! Holmes beach is my new fav place.It was beautifully appointed decor-wise in serene neutral colors. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot to Enjoy the Island

The place is clean, cute and right on the beach! We couldn’t ask for a better way to enjoy the island. We liked being able to park ourselves on the beach for the day, but easily get to our room for our own bathroom and fridge to refresh our water bottles and snacks. It’s also only a couple blocks to the grocery store and other amenities. We loved it so much we’ve recommended this spot to other family members for the future. We were also impressed with communication with Tamie and Tony. They were very helpful when our trip had to be cut short by hurricane Ian. They showed a lot of care for our safety and made sure we had the information we needed and a plan to get home safely. It’s nice to stay at a place that the people care so much. We hope to make it back in the future!

Adorable and quiet

This property was super homey and beautifully decorated. There were so many amenities. We loved the beach chairs and pillows and umbrella. The bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect Escape!

The week was amazing! This place was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, the linens were in great shape, and it had all the kitchen necessities we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and with a assortment of pillows. This place has been taken great care of; all of the couples we met from the place all had wonderful praises! It was fun getting to know everyone as well-we felt very safe and comfortable. The patio, grill, and beach supplies were also perfect! You literally walk out your door and are at the ocean. It was wonderful having a bit of the beach to ourselves; the public beach is next to us and was quite crowded, but our section was just right. Having Publix and pharmacies within easy walking distance was also a bonus. The trolly made getting around the island fun and easy as well. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway, want a clean and updated place, you should truly consider staying here! For two people, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location

This unit is nicely decorated, very quiet, and the kitchen is roomy and stocked with basics. The patio has a good view of the ocean. It was wonderful to be able to walk out onto the beach. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the washer/dryer available for free. Easy walk to Publix, drugstores, and shops. Unit is smaller than it appears in the photo's, specifically the living 'room' and the bathroom.So many great restaurants on AMI - we enjoyed Ugly Grouper, Sandbar, Waterfront, Ginny&Jane's, Hurricane Hank's (absolutely the best seafood risotto I've ever had), takeout from Vinny's, and two places on the north end of Longboat Key - Mar Vista and Shore.

This was an amazing vacation on beautiful Anna Maria Island in an awesome condo!

Sailfish Gulf Suites are beautiful condos on the Gulf. The furnishings were very well done and very modern. The kitchen was well supplied with many appliances, crockpot, cooler and coffee pot. They supplied beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The correspondence between the owners and us about the facilities was very helpful and complete. We can recommend these condos and their location without any hesitation! The stay was well worth the cost.

Quiet and relaxing beach vacation in an ideal location

We can see why the sea turtles like to nest here! The soft, white powdery sand and clear, tranquil ocean water (refreshing, but not cold), steps away from our unit provided the recipe for a perfect beach getaway. Emilio was very responsive! We would book here again without hesitation.

Relaxing, comfortable stay

Our family of 3 very much enjoyed our Memorial Day week of fun at Sailfish. The building is modernized, exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we could hope for. The owners were very lovely and clearly have taken exceptional care of this building.

Wonderfullllll!

Beautiful setting tucked away on lovely AMI. Property is outstanding. Private and quiet property. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable bed and pullout couch. Beautifully decorated. CLEAN!! Outdoor space has terrific table/chairs, outdoor shower. Close to stores, walk to ice cream, shops, it’s all right there. Definately returning.
