Contemporary elegance and friendly security staff greet you in the lobby at Admiralty House. There are only six units per floor, so you don't have to worry about long waits for the elevator. There are two commercial bbq grills available, along with large social room where various social activities take place.

The living room and both bedrooms have new luxury floor to ceiling windows/doors offering views up and down the entire beach as well as access to the balcony. The kitchen has been fully renovated and expanded. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room for greater privacy, and each has its own bathroom. The unit has free dedicated fiber optic internet for the highest speed internet and on demand cable TV can be viewed on the 50-inch 4K TV. Each bedroom also has a TV and cable. If you need to work, you can stand or sit at the adjustable desk.

Feeling active? How about a round of tennis at the private tennis courts or take advantage of the private beach access for a long walk. Interested in a slower pace? Why not grab a book from the library and head out to the shade of the Chickee hut sun deck or lounge in the sun around the pool, the largest condo pool on the beach at 60 x 30 feet. Everything has been thought of including beach chair lockers, so you don't have carry your chairs out to the beach each day.

The unit also has a dedicated covered parking space and there are bike racks.

Area Information

The building is conveniently located, and you will be within walking distance of some of the top-rated restaurants on the island as well as other shops. Best of all is views and direct access to the beach. Marco Island consistently ranks as one of the top beach destinations as well as being in the top three safest cities in Florida.
