This upscale and well maintained custom built single level home is Mediterranean inspired but just a short hop away from the sugar white sands and crystal clear gulf waters. For your convenience, a full size two car garage with a 6 person electric golf cart provided for you to enjoy a short ride to the beach!

Enjoy your day right at the home which offers a private courtyard, pool, BBQ area with propane grill and new outdoor furniture to help you soak in the sun! Highlights include an open floor plan concept with gorgeous 12' ceilings, great room & entertainment area, gourmet kitchen and dining seating for 8. The living room is as inviting as ever with two couches, marble flooring, a formal seating area for 4 and a cozy fireplace. The well appointed kitchen is a "dine in" dream with all stainless appliances, built in microwave & oven and an electric glass stovetop.

The luxe sleeping accommodations at "Deja View" are second to none and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The luxurious master King suite features direct balcony & pool access, a fireplace, 2 custom built walk-in closets. The gorgeous master bath includes dual vanities, a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. You'll also find 2 queen bedrooms with shared hallway access to a spa inspired bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Deja View" is right around the corner from the Destiny East recreation complex with a club house, fitness Center, community movie theater, large seasonally heated community pool, whirlpool, children's playground, a second lake side pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as gas grills and picnic area.

The amazing sugar sand beach is a short golf cart drive with ample parking near The Crab Trap Restaurant. Destiny East is a private gated community that is close to everything - exceptional dining, entertainment, and shopping are easy to get to. You will have no problem finding entertainment for your whole crew!

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Golf Cart - This home comes with a 6 seater golf cart available at the home, and will make the beach commute a breeze!
Beach Access: The Crab Trap Beach Access located 0.7 miles from the home!
* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children and families.
* No parking on the street or grass per the Destiny East HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
