Amazing home and Island!!

This was our third vacation home in Florida and it was wonderful!!! Even though I know this place is popular (we were lucky to find available dates) the house is clean and feels new, doesn't show signs of previous guests. There are so many little details added to make your vacation wonderful. There was an ice maker, toys for kids, beach chairs and equipment, bikes and even special makeup remover towls in the bathroom, not something you see a lot in vacation homes. The beds are nice and comfortable, the pool is great with toys and floats. The area is quiet and beautiful. We definitely recommend crossing the lagoon to the outer beach at Tigertail beach, a very fun and unique experience. Kristen has a very detailed binder in the house, filled with fun ideas for the the island, very helpful. We also went on an airboat ride in the Everglades - super fun! Thanks for an unforgetable experience in Marco Island!!

Fantastic vacation home on Marco Island!!

This house has everything you need! We loved having the bikes, and all of the beach gear! The back patio with the pool is fabulous, we could not have asked for anything more!! We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this house. The owner is very responsive, we had such an amazing experience!

Fantastic House and Host

The property was exactly as described, with the pictures accurately reflecting the house. It was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again. Kristen was fantastic and quick to respond. She made the check-in and check-out process clear and easy to follow. The house is in a nice neighborhood, with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities.

Amazing

The property was amazing and exactly as described. The house was clean and it had alot of things in the event you forgot something. Beach was 6 minutes away from the home. We also enjoyed the amazing pool, BBQ, and patio area. My family and I played games and even rode bicycles together which was a plus to see the beautiful homes and neighborhood surrounding us. Our host thought about it all, it felt as if I was in my own home. Definitely will look into this next year.

2 week stay

Great home fully stocked for just about anything you needed. Pool was amazing. Even unseasonably chilly weather the heated pool was awesome. Host was great. She would respond immediately to any questions we had. No negative here. Enjoyed immensely.

great vacation house

My husband, dogs and I had the pleasure of staying at Kristin's Plumeria Point home for 2 weeks. The house is very cutely decorated. But most importantly super clean. She is a very responsive host. Everything is in good working order. The house is very well stocked with everything you can think of or need. The kitchen has all the equipment, dishes, appliances you could ever need if you want to cook. There is also a gas grill . The pool and lanai is beautiful. The pool was clean and warm. There is also a gas firepit in the seating area making for a cozy place to have a nightcap. There is plenty of seating on the lanai and also a dining table. The layout of the house lends itself to privacy with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the house. Just a short drive to the beach. The house has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon that are all in very good shape. Our stay was super fun and relaxing because she has thought of literally everything. Would definitely rent from Kristin again. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Expectations exceeded

This property is rock solid in so many ways. It’s located on a nice lot that is clean and nicely landscaped The interior decor is modern and in good repair. The living area is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has excellent appliances and is well equipped for meal prep and serving. The bedrooms are ample in size with comfortable mattresses which of course is personal preference. Bathrooms are clean and towels were newer and ample in number. The patio area has a small but well heated pool and small water fall feature that was very soothing while enjoying the outdoor living space. The patio furniture was outstanding including a large dining table which made outdoor eating very enjoyable. Weber grill was in great shape and propane “ fire place” was sweet. Screened in patio combined with perimeter fencing made for a private and secure ambiance. Washer/ dryer is super 4 bikes are available but the tires were under inflated and multiple air pumps didn’t work but don’t worry, if you like to ride a bike on vacation, inexpensive bike rental is available with drop off delivery. Bike paths allow you to ride to play pickle ball or get groceries or just cruise the island. This property and Marco Island in general exceeded our expectations. Just book it , but leave some time for me.

Awesome Property In Marco Island

I was in Marco Island for a convention and stayed at Kristen's property, location was close to everything on the island. Property was recently updated and felt like a brand new home, all the necessities were included and the host, Kristen, was very responsive to all my requests. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Marco Island.

Great Week at Marco Island!

We had a fantastic time at Plumeria Point. The house was spotless when we arrived. All of the furniture was in great condition and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. It also had all of the beach gear you could need. Kristin responded quickly when I had a question before we arrived and was in contact during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. I would have no reservations recommending Plumeria Point to friends and family!

Christmas vacation

Wonderful, beach walking, shelling, beautiful house! Property was roomy, well kept, appliances seemed new. Private pool was very nice we swam everyday. We biked and walked in the neighborhood.

We loved this cute house and felt so comfortable. The outside patio and pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Great spot on Marco

The 4 of us really enjoyed staying here. The house is in great condition, super clean, and spacious. Sometimes the pictures are done so well that it almost oversells the property but in this case, they are on point. We rented a golf cart and took it everywhere while parking it in the garage. Some rentals I have stayed in are a little thin on kitchen items and other things we often need but this place had everything and it was all very tidy. The beds were comfy, the towels were nice, on a quiet street, and the pool area was perfect. I could go on. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice house in Marco Island

Very nice house with nice decor and good layout. Looks according to pictures, we were a family of four and perfekt for a family vacation. Maybe the pool looks a little larger on the pictures than in reality but good size to bath in anyways. The house is very close to YMCA sports club so perfect if you want to play tennis, good availability too. About 30 minutes walk to the public access of the beach so good with bikes. We visited over Halloween which was celebrated in the neigborhood and a very nice experience. Can recommend!

Plumeria Point Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plumeria Point was just as described if not better, very clean and well equipped. There were many extras available to make this an enjoyable vacation, perfect for someone flying in for a stay: pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, coolers etc.. Kristen was helpful, quick to reply and personable. Cocoa Beach is a great place to be and we will definitely stay in any of Kristen’s homes again!

Short Stay

We only had a few days to take advantage of this beautiful home. Since we like to swim later at night, Kristen accommodated our schedule so that the pool would be warm later than usual. The kitchen was set up so that multiple "cooks" could prep food at the same time. We used the grill one evening and didn't have to worry about running out of propane. I thought it was very generous that they reimburse anyone who needs to get a refill. We were there to look at a home to purchase for ourselves, but if we ever need a short-term rental, I will know to contact them directly.

Amazing stay!

My family and I spent our Fall break holiday in Marco Island at Plumeria Point and had the most amazing time. Kristen was a great host and provided everything and anything you needed for a relaxing stay. Her home was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend friends and family to her home and we would love to come back again! Our favorite parts were the pool, of course, puzzles & games around the table when it was raining, the outdoor tv for a spooky movie night outside since we visited near Halloween :) and the closeness of amazing restaurants & the beach. SUPER PLACE

The home appeared brand new; everything was spotless. Very comfortable beds, sectional, and the seating for 4 was perfect. The lanai and pool are where we spent the most time because it was so relaxing and beautiful. Lounging in the pool with the waterfall and night lights was heaven on earth. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The lights and fans were a little tricky at first, but we figured it out. The make-up wash cloths were a great surprise. Thank you for the great eight days in your home on Marco Island.

Little Gem

This house was a joy to stay in. It was nicely remodeled with modern amenities. It was impeccably clean and the layout is perfect for a small family. The pool side setup was nice to lounge in and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The beds had great mattresses that didn't leave you missing your own! It was conveniently located on the island and was a short trip to all the great things to do on the island.Kristen did a great job on communicating when they had to schedule any visits from maintenance and was a pleasure to work with. It simply worked out very well and we really enjoyed our time on Marco Island!

Our Stay At Plumeria Point...

The house at Plumeria Point was very cozy and felt like home from the first time we opened the door. I was impressed at how clean it was as I am all about a clean home. Kristen had the kitchen well stocked and even asked me if there was anything else it might need. I suggested an electric griddle and within a few days here comes an electric griddle. The first home we have ever stayed at that had an abundance of nice, new, bath towels and washcloths. Kristen had the house decorated very nicely. We loved the pool area and outdoor furniture and tv for watching March Madness. Great location too! We will definitely stay again sometime when we return to Marco Island.

Relaxing Get Away

This was my family’s first time on Marco island and everything was fantastic. The house was spacious and homey and had everything we needed! We took full advantage of the beautiful pool after a day at the beach. The location was very convenient.The beach and restaurants were a quick 5 minute car ride away. Cozy Thanksgiving

Our stay in the Plumeria Point house with Sugarsandstays was such a blessing ! Newly renovated to create the most comfortable vacation ! Kristen made sure to include all the amenities one could be looking for in a vacation home. Our highlights are the adorable pool area with a nice size table and chairs for easy gathering and a beautiful gas fire feature to relax with good conversation at night The beds and all furniture in the home are very comfortable ! All smart TVs , so it is a great home away from home ! The decor is lovely and attention to detail is spot on- not overly done My number one is cleanliness and this place met that expectation ! Totally Epic Place To Stay

Have been renting places to stay for 20 plus years. This rates up there with in the top 4. First off, the host Kristen is nothing short of spectacular. Very responsive to any questions or concerns and she gave us holiday lighting displays to go see on the island and also informed us about the boat parade. The house was exactly as advertised and the pics don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The linens and beach towels were great. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella came in so handy. So nice having a washer and driver in the garage. The pool was great and was warm. They advertise it as a heated pool and based on previous experiences , we weren't expecting to be able to use it, but it was a great temp and all 7 of us got in it everyday. The porch area was awesome and spent most of our evenings out there.
