Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is ideal for unforgettable family vacations. Plus, it's conveniently located within 4 miles of the nearest beach, providing easy access to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. Enjoy the option to heat the pool for an additional fee ($100) and indulge in the latest entertainment with Smart TVs and super-fast WiFi. Relax and soak up the beautiful Florida weather on the abundance of lounge chairs and seating surrounding the pool.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in beds, with additional kid-friendly bedding options available. Rest peacefully in the well-appointed bedrooms, featuring king and queen beds, as well as full over full bunks and two fold-out chair mattresses. For added convenience, a pack n' play, stroller, highchair, and kids dinnerware are provided. All linens and towels, including beach towels, are included.

The beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, opens up to the rest of the living space. Because let's face it, everyone always ends up in the kitchen! Enjoy ample place settings and kid-friendly dinnerware, along with pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, Instapot, air fryer, and coffee maker (complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer included!).

A gas grill with a propane tank is provided for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Please note that the tank will not be refilled, so feel free to exchange it at a local gas station or Home Depot for approximately $20. Dine casually at the kitchen counter with 5 stools or gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats 6.

Poolside, relax on the outdoor sectional sofa or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area, accommodating 6 guests. Pool settings are all scheduled for your convenience. When purchased, the pool heat is set to 85 degrees. However, please be aware that pool temperatures may be affected if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Entertainment is never in short supply with a selection of cards, board games, foosball, ping pong and pool toys. Central air conditioning ensures utmost comfort, while a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Prepare to be amazed by the extensive range of amenities included for your pleasure. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are all provided! Make the most of your beach excursions with the provided beach equipment, including sand chairs, a large beach mat, cooler bag, sand toys, boogie boards, beach cart, and umbrella. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the two fishing rods and basic tackle box provided for fishing the sandy beaches or even the backyard!

Pickleball enthusiasts, bring your paddles! There are courts within walking distance. A half block from the house!!

Favorite Places To Eat

While you're on Anna Maria Island, a fun little outdoor restaurant that usually has live music is The Ugly Grouper. If you're up for a little fancier restaurant with beach front water view, check out Sand Bar or the Beach House. For quick bites or take out, my favorite is Poppo's for burritos, tacos or burrito bowls. Bonefish Grill has great take-out family meal deals as well. Anna Maria Oyster Bar has fantastic fish and is super family friendly. We also love Mr. & Mrs. Crab for their seafood boils!! Last but not least, a fun brewery I recommend that has great outdoor space is Motorwerks. If you head to Siesta Key, don’t forget to visit Daiquiri Deck and Meany’s Gourmet Mini Donuts!! YUM!

Close by the house, our most fav pizza that delivers is San Remo's. Try their amazing stromboli ring or any one of their pizza's!! We also love a little local, funky outdoor hotdog stand nearby called Willy Yums! Check it out!!

Inside Scoop

My favorite beaches are Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island (lots of free parking, bathrooms and picnic tables), and if you're up for a little drive my #1 favorite is Siesta Key Beach! Get an early start if you head to Siesta Key, parking is sometimes a bugger!

If you are looking for something different to do, there are mangrove kayaking tours available through Surferbus. Also there is beach horse back riding offered through Beach Horses.
