Amazing Stay

Thank you Vickie for sharing your condo with us!!! Upon arrival, the 1st floor room was right by the unloading zone so getting our stuff in was a breeze. Condo was super clean and we loved that there was an air fryer for the kids and a margarita machine for adults☺️. Couldn’t have a better located condo which the patio was literally steps from the pool and super easy beach access.. Loved that we had free beach chair service all week. Also huge thanks to Ashley at the Tiki Hut, the drinks and food were the perfect fit for lunch or dinner!!!

Great Family Getaway

Vickie makes the entire process easy and is such a pleasure to work with. The property is in a great location- to the pool, beach and local shops/places to eat. The condo is clean, has all the things a family may need and if an issue arises, Jamie, the handyperson (our sink had a water pressure issue) is there to help (fast, courteous, and professional.

Wonderful week in 1-103!

We loved this unit. Great access to the pool, grill, and tiki hut. Vickie was a wonderful host! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

My teenagers didn't want to leave!

The location of this first floor condo is ideal for couples with small children or older folks (like us) who don't like stairs and elevators. If you want a view of the ocean I would not recommend this condo. The pool was just outside our door and was super relaxing. The snack bar/grill was a life saver when we didn't want to go out. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. There were 4 adults and 4 teenagers in our party and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Our host Vickie was beyond helpful and her responses to inquiries were instantaneous. Our only "complaint" if we had to name one would be the parking. We had to park across the street in a parking garage/lot and it was full most of the time. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Great beach trip

Grand Panama 1-103 was perfect for us! Ground floor was convenient to the pool, hot tub and just down the walkway to the beach! This condo included two beach chairs and an umbrella. Nicely furnished ,kitchen had everything I needed!. A lot of extras provided! Just pack a bathing suit and enjoy! Our fur baby was right at home! We will definitely stay again!

A lovely condo and a great stay.

First of all, the owner "Vickie" was excellent to deal with. She was responsive to any and all of our questions. Now, on to the condo. The 1st floor location right next to the heated pool and hot tub was perfect. No waiting on elevators and close by to use the restroom or grab a drink or a snack. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Comfortable beds and furnishings. We loved watching the sunsets and having a glass of wine on the lanai. We brought our small dog with us and it was easy to take him out and plenty of places to walk and do his "business". They even provided clean up bags and trash cans. The garage and parking across the street was secure, plentiful and convenient. The condo location was perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. All in all, we give it 5-stars. We will definitely be back and would recommend Vickie and her condo to any of our family and friends.Thank you !!

Beautiful condo in Grand Panama

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The furniture, linens and decor were the best of any condo we have stayed in. We enjoyed the greatly appointed kitchen and all of the appliances, i.e. crock pot, hot air fryer, coffee maker and so much more. Also, very important to us is cleanliness and the condo was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay. Even enjoyed the snow while we were there!!

Much Needed Escape.

First, let me say how welcoming and communicative Vickie is. Made the entire process so easy. The resort could not be any closer to the beach; a beach with white sand and clear water. Yes we had some closed beach days but there is so much to do around the area. The facilities are very clean, a lot of effort goes into it every day by the very nice staff. The condo has everything you need for a family to be comfortable and able to relax. It was a much needed escape that we needed and are so grateful for.

Special Family Time

While all time with family is special, my son and his new wife had just returned from their honeymoon. My younger son was home from college, so having everyone together made it amazing! When we went to bed at night, and left the “kids” up, my wife would say, “I love that sound”, as they laughed in the other room. The condo was great, and we will definitely come again. The owner is very accommodating, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Special touches display the personal care she has for the customer.

Amazing

The best Condo to stay at for a vacation or a getaway stretch, the first floor with the amazing patio view with the easiest access to any pool or beach is great it made or stay really enjoyable besides the condo is lay out perfect for our families for our stay last month, newly remodel it was and had all the things we needed to feel like we were at a resort and home, we love the location of the property and it was not over crowded on the beach compare to other locations we stay at, plenty of great restaurants plus activities very close by and was easy to get in and do what we need to have fun, pricing was a great plus for us, fishing, pontoon rental, was close by and made us a great days , we enjoy the beach and the perfect water, cannot wait to get back, we are checking out the availability for several weeks next year so exciting, thanks Vicki for sharing us your condo

Girls Trip 2024

As soon as you open the front door, you feel like you are at home. Very warm and inviting. Everything is as stated on the website. Vicki is very easy to work with and very quick to respond to emails. The location is perfect, just step off the patio and take a few steps and you are on the beach. I will definitely be staying here again. The resort is very clean and the employees were constantly working to keep it that way. I highly recommend you check this condo out. You will not be disappointed!!

Spring Break

Great location on the first level. Gate off the patio makes it easy to access the pool. All the kitchen amenities you would need (air fryer, instant pot, coffee pot and a Keurig, and a margarita machine)! Very friendly host will def come back!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is the perfect vacation spot in PCB!!! Everything about the condo, pool and beach are absolutely beautiful!! Love that everything is so close and easily accessible to the white sandy beach to sun and watch the amazing sunsets!! There is everything you could possibly want/need in the condo to cook meals, dine and relax comfortably. There are also plenty of places in walking distance or close drive/uber ride. This place is a gem……book your trip now!!

Seriously! … stop looking … stay here!

Omg! This place could not have been more perfect! The location, the amenities, the owner … it was all ideal!!It was so wonderful to be able to slide open the door and basically step into the pool area or walk around it and be on the beach! I loved not having to lug a days worth of beach gear with us … and even being this close to the pool, there was no excessive noise or distractions we noticed while we were relaxing inside.… and relaxing inside was easy! The place was beautifully decorated, fully equipped -even with some awesome “extras” like a margarita maker- and completely comfortable for our crew of 7 adults. Being on the ground floor wasn’t bothered with outside traffic noise (cars and/people) or from the people above us. We heard nothing!Everything we could have needed was easily within walking distance and the few times we did drive to somewhere, we weren’t worried about trying to find a place to park when we got back.I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place and absolutely love that I have found a place to trust. Some pictures and descriptions can be very deceiving… this one is not that… it’s even better!!

Breath taking views

This is the most recent time we’ve stayed here. Each time better than the last. The unit is always spotless. Looks like it was recently renovated! Master bedroom looks out to the pool/beach. There are lots of amazing things to do here with family, but one of the best may the sunsets!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Beach Breeze

Vickie’s place is private, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the private patio overlooking the beach and pool area, and utilized the community barbecue grill in the evenings. The condo is right at ground level with instant access to the patio, pool, and beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, and plenty of space for a large family or two. We were right on the strip, but everyone delivers to the towers as well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful retreat

This was the 1st Christmas without my dad, he passed in July. We decided to spend Christmas at the beach. My mom, sister, 2 sons, pregnant daughter in law and 1yr old grandson. It was amazing!! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The condo was spotless, every type of pot, pan, cooking utensils needed…..I’ve stayed in places that had very little items to cook with…my pregnant daughter in law even slept comfortably! There were beach toys on the patio for my grandson to use in the sand! The pool is a few steps away and the ocean is a few steps further. The ocean and pool can be seen from the patio, such a relaxing view!!! This was the perfect place to spend Christmas for us this year!! Highly recommend!! Will be returning!!

Wow! Fantastic Vacation Rental

Our rental was spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. My family enjoyed exploring the beach, splashing in the pool, and relaxing on the patio. There was ample room for family to spread out or gather together. Plenty of private areas were available for reading and watching tv. Our Westie loved the pet friendly amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could dine in, but enjoyable restaurants were nearby when we wanted to dine out. When we felt like sight-seeing there were plenty of places to go, but we always tried to be at the condo for the breathtaking sunsets. We totally recommend this condo for the best possible beach vacation.

Excellent 1st floor beach condo

What a relaxing vacation! Once grocery shopping was done we were relaxing in this beach front property for 10 days. Walking distance to local pub, shops and beach. Condo is stocked very nicely with all cooking supplies needed. Mattress was very comfortable. Thank You for sharing your beautiful home!
