- Balance or the total rental cost required 60 days prior to occupancy date.
- Payment method, check or direct deposit to bank account only. Checks must be received a minimum of 14 days before arrival date.
- Rates are based on 2 adults & 2 children, additional adults is a slightly extra daily charge ($7 per day per additional adult)

We couldn't have asked for a better experience as first-time snowbirds! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Steve's Port Charlotte home. The home is conveniently located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, which is perfect for walking or riding the bikes that were provided. We enjoyed soaking up the sunshine in the pool area and having morning coffee and meals on the lanai. The pool is on the south side of the house, so there is plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Steve was an excellent host and enjoyable to work with regarding booking, arrival, and departure. We highly recommend Steve's home and look forward to returning! Thank you for opening your home to us and providing us with an excellent experience, Steve!

This home was everything we had hoped for as we planned a last-minute getaway over the holidays. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the airport, and the beach was just a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality (things we have found to be problematic in other rentals). The kitchen is well-stocked, cable TV/wifi worked well, and the pool was REALLY wonderful. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lanai! The owner's instructions were clear and easy to follow - no glitches with arrival/departure.Steve was exceptional in his communication with us and in making sure we were happy before, during and after our stay - he's an exemplary owner! We would highly recommend this home if you ever need a place in Port Charlotte. Thank you, Steve!

R C.As Good as Advertised
Needed last minute lodging and didn't have to settle for less than desirable accommodations. The house, the pool, and convenient shopping were easy to get used to. The owner, Mr Armstrong was very responsive and helpful and made the booking process as smooth as possible. A couple of minor issues were taken care of quickly by the local repairman. Even the damage deposit was returned promptly. We recommend this place if you are looking for a pleasant home away from home experience.
