- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

We had a great time. This is our second time using a Calypso property and Premium Beach Condos. 604 west was just as advertised. It was nicely furnished and equipped. Everything worked properly and was clean. PBC manages everything in great detail and provides extensive information leading up to the rental period. We really appreciate getting into the unit early at 1pm. The property is nicely situated to Pier Park’s shops and restaurants. The pool is wonderful and the beach chair service is well done.

We stayed last month with another couple at the Calypso & had a great week! The condo was clean & had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to get more comfortable mattresses for the king & queen bed. They were a little uncomfortable. It was great having the chairs available on the beach as well. We will definitely rent with this company again.

We are very pleased with our stay! We have stayed numerous times at Calypso, but this was our first time renting through Premium Beach Condos. They were hands on from the time I booked with them, answering any questions that I had. I loved that you could talk to someone personally on the phone instead of having to email or text. We received a text on arrival day that we could check in early, but didn't make it until after 4. That was so nice because most companies do not offer that.The condo was clean upon arrival & everything we needed was provided. The room included 4 Beach chairs & umbrellas, which was great. They also had floats & chairs in the room as well. I would highly recommend PBC! We will definitely book with them from now on!

This place is great. Everything went smoothly One of our best trips to PCB. Condo is clean and up to date. Elevators are fast we never waited more than a couple of minutes. Beautiful view and great location. PBC is great to work with. Absolutely no problem from start to finish.

We had a fantastic time at this condo! The floor level was perfect—not too high and not too low—and offered a great view of the ocean. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including fresh linens, towels, and all the kitchen essentials. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and lunch in the unit and explored some great local restaurants for dinner each night.The location is ideal, with everything conveniently nearby. One of the best parts was the included beach service with chairs—it made our beach days so easy and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend booking this unit!

We loved everything about this condo! The condo was very clean! The location was perfect, a very short walk to Pier Park and even though it is on the main highway it was very quiet!! I was traveling with 3 teenagers, so they could easily take a walk and find lots of attractions, shopping, restaurants and not feel like a parent was hovering over them. All the staff for the condo that we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful! The owners were very prompt answering any questions that I had and offered us an early check-in that we took advantage of! Super easy reservation and departure process! And we loved the four reserved beach chairs although we had a few pool days as well! Overall, I would give it more than 5 stars if that was an option! Would definitely book again for future visits!

We loved our stay in this condo at Calypso. The unit is very clean and modern. We had everything that we needed to enjoy a late fall getaway. With Pier Park just across the street we never needed to move the car as we could walk to countless restaurants and attractions. We will be booking it again next year. The property owners were easy to work with; arrival and departure procedures were clear and easy to follow. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Third bedroom with the 2 twin bed is quite small; just room for the beds and a small bedside table. But it wasn’t an issue for us as the rooms were only used for sleeping. Calypso Towers is a great location, with quick access to stores, restaurants and entertainment.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The weather was beautiful everyday. Our kids throughly enjoyed both large swimming pools. The tiki bar on the patio was very convenient. We also enjoyed being in walking distance to the pier and pier park. The Hub in tower 3 had delicious fresh donuts and iced coffee. Communication with the property manager was quick and on point. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Elevator wait times were a little headache during some parts of the day, but that's to be expected during peak season. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay agian!
