"Beautiful Coastal Townhome" is located in St. Joe Beach. Beach views, walk to the beach in seconds.
I know I don't have many reviews here yet as I just started with , I came from vrbo, was there for 9 years and had a 4.9 star rating with 149 reviews. Wish I could have brought them with me.
We have a large 2 bedrooms with a queen in the master bedroom & twins in the smaller bedroom, a 13 inch inflatable mattress for additional guest and a pack and play, play pen. 2 bathrooms, a full bath upstairs & a half bath downstairs. There is a 10x16 deck with seating for 6 with unobstructed views of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen Pots, pans. plates, flatware, glasses, coffee cups and almost everything you will need to cook meals with. Has dishwasher, Hamilton beach pod or pot coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster & washer/dryer. Dinning area that seats 4 and and an island that seats 4. Has a nicely landscaped private back patio with charcoal grill and outside seating. Also a utility room off the patio with beach toys and a place to store your beach things. At the end of the sidewalk running beside the unit is an outdoor shower for after the beach. Reserved parking for 2 cars in front of unit.

Unit is on the end of and 9 unit set of townhomes, just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Nice palm trees and lots of clear water with white sand.

About the owner: Original from Birmingham, AL moved to the gulf coast 46 years ago. I'm retired Air Force with 32 years of service. Love the beach, boating, gardening and home improvement projects.
I strive to insure my guest have the best vacation possible, if you need anything during your stay please don't hesitate to contact me.
Why this property? We looked at many properties but this one had everything. It's an end unit with unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf of Mexico. I could see the potential for the spacious townhome and the yard. Landscaping is one of my passions and it turn out awesome.

No, some guest are allergic to animals, so pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside, however smoking is allowed in all outside spaces. Please use ash trays provided.
Are linens provided?
Yes, all pillows, sheets, dish towels, dish cloths and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not.
Where is the beach?
The beach is just across the street. Walk over is seconds.
Are beach chairs and umbrella provided?
No, you must bring your own.
What are the fee and taxes?

My husband and I had a great time in this unit. The unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck are beautiful. The back patio is a nice quiet place . The unit is laid out great and decorated nicely . The owner is great to work with and unit was very clean.

We had a great week. The home is in a great location, not right on the beach but it only takes about a minute to walk across the street. The house is furnished well and was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable for 4 people. I hope to go back again.

The home is exactly as described, very comfortable and well decorated. Short walk to the beach. Quiet area. The view from the master bedroom balcony is breathtaking. Shopping and great restaurants are a short drive away. Will definitely stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed staying here. The beach is directly across the road and was not crowded at all. The upstairs deck was nice to have coffee on in the morning. The house had everything that we needed and we definitely stay again soon!
