Our spacious corner unit condo in over 1700 square feet feels more like a private home, as it features cathedral ceilings in both the living and master bedroom and many windows. One of only four units in a building, it is a quiet retreat. Chefs will enjoy the spacious kitchen featuring Kitchen Aid appliances. For cool nights, snuggle up with two electric fireplaces - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Also for your entertainment are two 75" smart tvs with cable. Enjoy custom artwork collected from our travels or from local artists.
Winn Dixie Grocery store is just one block East on Cortez as well as Starbucks, Dollar Store, Homegoods, Cipriani's, Bonefish Grill, McDonalds, Hair Salon, Ulta, One block west is Pestos' and a Yoga/Fitness Studio. Close to Grumpy's Farm Market for your local produce and eggs and the Famous Detwiler's (just opened). Of course, there are several waterfront restaurants on Cortez and on the island side at Bridge Street Pier. All within minutes.
Our home is your home and we are only offering it to a special guest looking for a minimum of a 2 month rental. Guests must be respectful and not a rowdy crowd. There are 4 units in total in the building.
