PETS: This unit does NOT allow for pets. However, unit A allows pets. Therefore this property is "pet friendly" as there may be a guest next door with a dog. The back yard is entirely fenced in and there are strict rules about having an animal next store in the adjoining unit to ensure your trip is enjoyable and not disturbed by any animals visiting next door.
BOAT DOCK: Dock is available on a first come first booked basis. There is a $150/week rental fee for use of the dock. If you would like to bring your boat, please send request to confirm the slip is open. The dock is at a corner slip which limits size of vessels. We can only fit up to a 22-24' boat. It is a very shallow cove so deep hulls are not recommended. You do have 2 parking places on the driveway which can accommodate a 24' trailer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location couldn’t be better close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved the playful backyard with the water view.Our host was fantastic very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home.We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect Florida getaway!

This place made for the best girls trip! We absolutely loved the theme and the whole beach atmosphere throughout the place. It was so nice, clean, and well kept. The backyard is its own little oasis, and the host helped make everything perfect for us. The location is amazing and I can’t say that enough! Being right behind John’s Pass made it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and we didn’t even need a car to do everything we wanted. The walk to the beach was super easy, and having a wagon to use made it even easier to get everything there. Truly a 10/10 experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Madeira Beach bungalow! The location was so convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. My wife and I stayed on the B side and loved the place. The place was super clean and updated. The location couldn't have been any better, 8 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. The backyard was beautiful with the putting area and the nice, comfortable chairs facing the water. We didn't use the outside grill, but we will next time we stay, as we plan to return.

There are so many things to love about this place. First of all, it is spotless and has been recently remodeled. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of pots/pans and an instant pot, as well a combination keurig / coffee pot. There is also a nice, new grill available as well. The beds are super comfortable in both rooms. We love the convenience of having a washer and dryer as well. We love sitting in the Adirondack chairs and seeing the fish and dolphins (we have seen dolphins every year--they will come right by the dock). We also love the short walk to John's Pass and the boardwalk. It's also a short walk to the beach as well. It's great to not worry about paying expensive parking fees and feel like you have to see everything in a couple of hours. Although it is a very short walk to the Pass and all the activity, it is very quiet at the bungalow, even when there are bands/music playing in the Pass. Gretchen is also really great to work with. She makes it clear she is available any time if something comes up during your stay (nothing has) and makes the rental process very easy (both check-in and check-out). We just completed our fourth stay and are already excited for next year. We've made so many great memories here!

Rent this place you won't regret it! The apartment was so pretty and very clean. The back yard had a beautiful view of the water. You don't have to worry about parking. This place is walking distance to the John Pass where you can go Boating, Fishing, Watersports, Pirate Cruises and Other Family Fun. But my favorite was shopping at John's Pass Village and relaxing on the beach! Our host Gretchen was always available. Book this place you won't regret it!! It was so pretty and yes, we will be staying here again.

Beautifully renovated condos with attention to every detail! Enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and water views from the patio. Very comfortable living space with all the amenities. Short walk to one of the best beaches and to John’s Pass for entertainment. I look forward to my next visit!

Stayed here with some girlfriends for my birthday weekend; wish it had been for the whole month! We loved sitting out and watching the dolphins come in by the dock more than once a day!! It is so private and quiet on the back patios. The bungalows are so comfortable, stocked well and look like they were decorated by a professional!! The location is so close to the beach and John’s Pass, so there is also plenty to keep you busy!! Gretchen was a very attentive hostess; I have already told her, I can’t wait to go back!!️

What a surprise we had when we arrived at 450B after having stayed at this property for several years. The new property owner had totally renovated the house inside and out. We were greeted with beautiful tropical colors and amazing landscaping. The interior had been totally remodeled and upgraded with new furniture, appliances, washer, dryer and an extra bathroom and was very welcoming. We love this location that is on a quiet residential street yet it’s only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops at Johns Pass and an 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoy setting in the intercostal backyard seeing amazing sunsets and occasionally dolphins. We have booked an October getaway and our January-February 2025 winter vacation. This property definitely deserves to have a 5-Star rating. ️️️️️
