Condo offers 2 bedrooms, plus a twin bed area with 2 full baths and 1,299 sq ft of living space. New paint, furniture and bedding in 2023. New in 2019, all new porcelain plank tile flooring throughout and stainless steel kitchen appliances! The master suite and living room are on the Gulf which opens to the expansive balcony for the fantastic Gulf and coastline views. The master suite features a king bed with a garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom also features a king bed and a separate guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable sleeping up to 8 guests.
Air conditioning system is 50% larger than standard for 2 bedroom, with a whole condo dehumidifier making your stay even more comfortable during summer vacations.
The living room has new 55 inch curved, smart TV. Both bedrooms have smart TVs . All linens and towels are provided throughout your stay. Linen is hospitality grade. Other features of this luxury condo are granite counter tops, stainless full sized side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, pans, and dishes to prepare a home cooked meal are provided. Beach chairs provided include 2 seats and 1 matching umbrella.
