The condo is located at Mariners Inlet, which is an 8-unit complex located directly on Blind Pass Lagoon. From the lanai, enjoy stunning sunsets over partial gulf views or spot the dolphins or manatees that frequent the lagoon below. Gorgeous and natural Turtle Beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The free Siesta Breeze Trolley leaves from Turtle Beach and makes a ten-minute trip to famous #1 Siesta Key Beach, and then Siesta Key Village. Enjoy the quiet, less-touristy end of the island, while still having easy access to all the Key has to offer.

The unit was recently updated featuring plank-style tile flooring, quality furnishings and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of baking and cookware, Ninja blender, Ninja toaster/air fryer, coffee maker, orange juicer, toaster and much more.

The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo and granite countertop. The guest bedroom offers a full bed and an additional twin bed for added flexibility.

The living room offers a quality Italian leather sectional with two electric recliners. Watch TV on the large flat-screen, or look out and watch the kayakers go-by in the lagoon. There is a kitchen table and an additional dining table on the lanai.

Outdoor storage closet offers Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

Fish right from the docks outside the condo or enjoy the communal grill and lounge chairs by the water.

Area Information

Turtle Beach - a 5-minute walk away. Gorgeous beach, many locals prefer this beach to Siesta Key Beach for its natural feel and less crowds.

Restaurants - there are 3 restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Enjoy happy hour at the Turtles Tiki pub, reasonably-priced Bayfront dining at Turtles on the Bay, or a special meal at Ophelias. In the middle of the island, there is famous Captain Curts, Toasted Mango, Big Water Fish Market, and many more. Or head to Siesta Village for even more options.

Siesta Breeze Trolley - great, free trolley service. The trolley pickup at Turtle Beach parking lot (a 5-minute walk from the condo), and makes stops all throughout the Key, including famous Siesta Beach and Siesta Village.

Water Activities - rent kayaks or paddle boards right from Turtle Beach. Take a scenic kayak ride in the lagoon to Midnight Pass, which offers a "secret" and serene beach. Spot beautiful birds, fish jumping, and dolphins and manatees are also frequently seen. Turtle Marina is also a 5 minute walk from the condo and offers boat rentals.
