We are in Ormond by the Sea which has no buildings, condos, or hotels on beach. Beach is 100% natural. Cross natural sand dunes for beach access. If hearing ocean waves is your thing, we've got the place for you.
(1) Private Solar Heated Pool: (Never book an unheated pool, you will regret it...brrr !!!).
(2) Private Hot Tub for relaxing with Pina Coladas.
(3) Screened in porch for lounging, grilling, and chilling. (TVs on porch too).
(4) 2 min walk to Ormond Beach (our street is a straight shot to beach, unlike others that require zig zagging). Cross sand dunes to access natural beach.
(5) Ormond Beach is pristine, no cars on beach, no buildings on beach, and uncrowded.
(6) Close to Tomaka Nature preserve for amazing kayaking, nature viewing (manatees, birds, fish), fishing.
(7) Take a bike ride along Ormond Beach or Flagler Beach art galleries, restaurants, or bars.
(8) Beautiful landscaping around house so you can feel the Zen.
(9) Nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping. You don't need to go far for great seafood or great bars with great drink specials.

About the owner: Aloha and Welcome to Ormond by the Seas Jimmy Buffet Beach House! The house is in Ormond by the Sea, which has no buildings, condos, or hotels on the beach. Yes, that means the beach is 100% natural, and you get to cross over dunes to put your feet in the sand! If hearing ocean waves is your thing, I've got the place for you! Ormond by the Seas is considered a "hidden gem", which is why we even get visitors from other parts of Florida, who want to enjoy this "sleepy beach town". I was born and raised in Florida, grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, graduated from the University of Florida (don't hold that against me), and love Northern Florida beaches! Pura Vida Prop purchased our first vacation rental in 2005. We know what it takes to keep our guests happy and satisfied, from our extensive experience in owning and managing vacation properties.
