We now have 3 quality restaurants, including our brand-new indoor clubhouse (opened in March 2025). This is a very classy place, like a country club, but with more down to earth prices and people.
All kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are brand new. All towels, sheets, and blankets too. My living room furniture was purchased new and is very comfortable and high quality, unlike many of the other properties you may view or sadly book. The open living area includes living room, dining room, kitchen, and lanai-- all overlooking a natural pond and the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park. Serene and beautiful. Lanai faces north and west.

The rental of this condo, #1032, a 3rd floor Birkdale model is a 30-day rental only. It is a social membership. You may use all of the facilities as a regular full-time member, except this EXCLUDES a GOLF MEMBERSHIP. Most of the facilities like the 6 pickleball and 6 tennis courts, spa, saunas, workout gym, dancing and yoga rooms, tiki bar and restaurant are about 1 1/2 years new. There are many places to walk and ride your bike peacefully. Enjoy one of the smaller pools or go over to the large communal pool and enjoy our 4 lanes for lap swimming. This is a first-class community with excellent amenities )1 1/2 years new) and 24/7 security. This is a relaxing community and so is Punta Gorda. This is the opposite of busy Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Estero.
HOA Transfer fee is $150 for 2025 for 1 month or many months. IF the HOA Board of Directors increases this fee in 2026 then you must pay that higher one time transfer fee. This is to use all the facilities, for example, the 6 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, first class gym and yoga/dancing rooms, sauna, 3 restaurants, 4 pools, etc. We are gated community with full time guards at the main entrance.

Located in a newly developed golfing community with great amenities and green space, this 3rd floor condo is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. From the lanai you have a lovely view of the pond and surrounding trees, and can watch the evening sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners are very friendly and always available to answer questions or help in any way you need. Shopping is an easy drive, as are the restaurants of downtown Punta Gorda. We enjoyed our month here very much.

Everything was of high quality. From the amenities within the condo (Very clean in all rooms and the view from the Lanai room is spectacular!) as well as outside. Just a few steps outside the condo lies a nice walking path around the entire facility. Great to get in some exercise and take in the beautiful surroundings and landscape.The Tiki bar, fitness center and spacious pool area are all conveniently located nearby and were fabulous to utilize on a regular basis.My host was readily available and eager to ensure a pleasant experience during my stay. Always ready to help.I definitely would recommend as a rental to friends and family.
