Maravilla also offers a workout facility, 2 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Shuffleboard, and a secondary pool near the beach. (The main pool is heated in winter months).

Grand Foyer welcomes you with a barrel ceiling. The living room has ample seating, a large new Smart TV, and is open to the fully equipped kitchen with ice maker and Breakfast bar. Walk out to the back to enjoy the pool. The game room has a Foosball table with other fun activities. Also on this level are 2 Master Bedrooms with ensuite baths, a half bath, a Stack Washer, and a Dryer and Elevator.
Second Floor:
4 Bedrooms - Large Primary bedroom with bath that boasts a Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower with double sinks. Additional King bedroom with private bath, A Queen bedroom with Private bath, and 4th room has twin over full bunks. All bedrooms open to the covered balconies. Full-size washer and dryer are also on this level.
Third Floor:
Features a super large Kitchen and living area, boasting 2 breakfast bars, under counter ice maker, and gas cooking. Dining with 8 chairs and 9 barstools. Enjoy your favorite shows on the big Smart TV. Access to front and rear balconies from the Living area, Dining, and the Queen Master suite. The powder room completes this floor.
From the front balcony of this level, you'll find a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop deck with Coastal Views for miles!

The Community of Maravilla:
Gated community with 2 entrances, one from Emerald Coast Parkway and the other from Scenic Highway 98.
2 Community pools, one heated in winter months with a Hot Tub, a Workout facility, 2 Tennis courts, a Fitness Center, a Basketball goal, shuffleboard, Gas grills, 2.5 Acres of Private Beach, and Beach Volleyball. Near Maravilla, you will find a Man-made Snorkel reef just offshore. You'll also enjoy several restaurants a short distance away.
Suzie Q guests can enjoy complimentary Seasonal Beach setups, including 4 beach chairs and 2 Umbrellas. In addition, you'll find more beach chairs at the house for your use.
