Sterling Shores is located in the heart of Destin close to the Track, Big Kahuanas Water Park, Golf Courses and many restaurants and other attractions and of course great Shopping. This resort style property features a Gym, a huge lagoon style pool with mushroom water fountains as well as an additional pool directly on the beach that is heated in winter. Sterling Shores offers you a true resort vacation equipped with lush landscaping, amazing gulf views, gorgeous pool areas, and a wonderful grilling area at the main pool. This is the perfect Destin vacation Destination for you to sink your feet into our sugary white sands and dip into the Beautiful Emerald Green waters.

Our unit is an impressive 2172 Square feet of living area with fabulous Gulf views from our Expansive Balconies with lots of seating with dining table. We offer this to you for guests ages 25 and over (families welcomed of course).

Our open concept floor plan has a large living room that is open to the dining and kitchen, all of which overlook the beautiful grounds and on to the water views.

Living Room has a Sofa Sleeper, 2 motion reclining chairs, one other Chair, Pub Table and Chairs, Large smart TV and a desk for working with a view.

Primary Bedroom #1 has a King bed with 55” smart TV, Chair and lamps for reading. Connected Bathroom has Double Vanities, Shower, Jetted tub and water closet. This room has access to the balcony with lounge seating and gulf views.

Primary Bedroom #2 Has a King Bed, Chair, lamps for reading, Smart TV , Wet Bar and access to a private Balcony. There is an additional room in here with Twin over Twin Custom Bunks. Attached Bathroom has a Shower, Vanity, Jetted Tub and water closet.

Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, Chair, Smart TV and access to a fullbathroom. This bathroom also serves the Living area and has a Tub/Shower combination.

Kitchen is Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up fabulous meals to share together. Breakfast Bar has 3 Stools and Dining table seats 6.

Utility Room has full size Washer and Dryer and houses Beach Chairs and Umbrella.
