No student groups under 25 permitted
Parking: You’ll have 3 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway for your vehicles. The golf cart already at the home has its own designated space and does not count toward your 3 spaces. Please note that any additional golf carts you rent will count as one of your 3 parking spaces.
Starter essentials provided for your first night (paper products, dish & laundry supplies)
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
