If golf isn't your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Siesta Key? That's a little less than 45mn as well. Rotonda West, is situated in the heart of it all with plenty to the end of the day, you can cozy up on our patio outside and wind down with a good book and a glass of wine.

The house is so clean and has everything you could possibly want. The area restaurants and beaches are so fun to go explore, but if you would rather stay in having a pool in the backyard is also amazing!! The owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had! Highly recommend and would go back.

Arrived at 4 PM. Easy checkin. Very clean and nice. Very efficient. The pool was not heated until the last part of the stay. Big TV. Internet speed leaves as little bit to be desired. Doable.Nice area to walk your dog. Easy 1-2 mile walk up the street.3 golf courses.Lots of churches.Easy access to Publix (Great Chocolate Almond) and some neat restaurants. Specifically. Sisters on Gasperilla Island. Luguis for Monday night pizza!The renter is very responsive. Told her she might consider buying a microwave in the future and she brought it the next day!Pool is spotless with a weekly pool service. Neat for kids. Pool right outside door and pool is enclosed.A very clean and efficient home.I would highly recommend you stay here!

My husband and I stayed in the rental home for 4 months. It was a pleasant place to stay. The few times we had something that needed to be taken care of, they were completed in a timely manner. The home was comfortable and spacious and clean. Plenty of furnishings, kitchenware, linens etc for our extended stay. Only thing that was disappointing was that there was not a can opener on the premises. So we got one to use. Otherwise, everything else was provided that we could need. I do have suggestions for the home owners themselves, and that would be to add a heater to the pool for use in cooler weather, perhaps replace one of the toilets with a tall boy toilet for older people comfort and perhaps add a grab bar to the shower or tub for safety. A good place to stay and the landscaping is nice. Nice cross breeze by opening back and front door. Very spacious screened lanai and also a front screened porch. Plenty of room for a large family to visit. Nicole home rental.
