Closest golf course is right in front of the house called Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club. GT Bray Park is one of the nicest parks around with a gym, swimming pool, pickle ball, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball court, skate park, grill area, dog parks for small/large dogs and beautiful trails. Plenty of parks and preserves around. Robinson Preserve is an awesome place for site seeing, bike riding and other outdoor activities.

I love this place. Born and raised in Massachusetts after I got out of the military I wanted to be somewhere warm and close to the beach. I moved to Sarasota and was looking for a house. After purchasing the house I discovered Bradenton to be my most favorite place to live. Everything I needed was within minutes. I like to be around where things are happening and have access to what ever I need and want. This place has everything!! I don’t want to go anywhere else.
Why this property? This property is my first house and is my baby. Parents always wanted to be in Florida so I created a place for all my friends family and other people to come and enjoy life. When you come to my house you’ll instantly feel relaxed comfortable at home and probably won’t want to leave.

This house had everything we were looking for! Four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, pool table, chess, mini golf, pool, outdoor fire place, beach cart and gear, cooler, boogie boards, spacious layout, and a huge kitchen with everything we could need INCLUDING a separate ice maker! There were 8 of us but it never felt crowded. I typically stay directly on AMI and this was our first time staying in Bradenton. But it was so close it wasn’t a big deal at all. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!
