Payment Schedule:
Security Deposit of the first month rent payment is due at the lease signing.
The remaining rent, and all one-time fees payment is due 90 days prior to lease start date.
Update: The association requires more than 25 days before the rental. So, when you know the dates, we can process them ahead so there are no delays!

1) Pets are accepted only on a case by case
2) Everything is automated from lease signing to collection payments securely. So, there is no worry about getting scammed.

We really enjoyed our time at the National and in the town of Ave Maria. The golf course was well run and it is really a very nice course. Our condo owned by Ashok, was clean, comfortable and in a great location. He was very responsive with any issues we had and most were taken care of in a timely Manner.The amenities at the National were fine, pool etc.. I felt like the gym was a bit lacking but it got the job done.I would definitely go back and would refer anyone that was interested in the west coast of Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the National Golf & Country Club in Ave Maria. This is a very friendly community and met many wonderful people we now consider friends. The pickleball. Courts were great and there’s open play every morning . The golf course is spectacular with 7 different tee boxes to challenge players of all levels. We already booked our stay for next year.

We had a wonderful time at Ashok’s place at the National, Ave Maria. The condo is well kept and clean. We did stay for 3 months and found that a few things were needed for a long stay. Ashok met our requests and had things delivered ASAP. He is quite attentive and responds quickly. We worked very well together. The size of the condo is great. Super spacious for the two of us and we had a few groups of guests come to visit and they were able to enjoy their own bathroom and spacious spare bedroom. There is also a den with a pullout. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly and we have made many friends. The activities available at the National are quite wonderful. We did transfer the golf membership and would recommend you make an appointment at the National to get that paperwork done prior to arrival. We did have to wait a week to get an appointment. Ashok can help with this. All in all 5️,wld come again. Food at Hammock great, town centre is beautiful. Great place and very safe!Would come again in a heart beat! The golf course was well kept and challenging. The pool area is like a resort! We loved it!

Kristen F.Great pet-friendly condo at The National Golf & Country Club
I spent a month in Ave Maria at the National Golf and Country Club to be close to the university where my son attends and plays football. This property was very conveniently located and made for a great home away from home for myself and my family visiting on the weekends (husband and 3 adult children). The bedrooms were nicely decorated and most importantly had very comfortable beds which provided a good night sleep for everyone. The den was a great office space for me to work remotely and we put the sofa bed to good use. The kitchen/dining area allowed us to enjoy family dinners together and the living room was a great gathering space with a sectional sofa that is so cozy. The balcony offers a beautiful view as it overlooks the 15th hole of the golf course. During my stay, the country club and its amenities were not complete on the premises, but alternatives were offered close by. Ashok was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He ensured we had all that we needed and even accommodated our two labrador retrievers. Every morning, I took our pups to the dog park which was a great space for them to play. I highly recommend this property and all that it has to offer. I definitely hope to return in the future!
