Lease Information:
Rent: Price based on the seasonal rates
Lease Duration: Minimum 30 days as per the club rules
Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent Electricity, Cable, Water, Thrash and free high speed WIFI
Pet Policy: Pets travel with you and 2 pets (dogs) are allowed under 50lbs. There are some restrictions on certain dogs so please check with us and we will intern check with the club and update you so you wont encounter any issues after arrival. But most dogs are allowed.
Security Deposit: 1500$ security deposit will be accessed after the lease is accepted and due in one week for future rentals. If the lease is cancelled less than 60 days, then the deposit will be forfeited as we have to remarket the unit for rental otherwise the security deposit will be refunded within a week with secured payment option will be discussed with you.

Important notes on optional fees and discounts for multi month rental:
1) Pets are accepted only on a case by case
2) Everything is automated from lease signing to collection payments securely. So, there is no worry about getting scammed.
3) Security deposit is 100% refundable within 7 to 10 business days after departure and an inspection is performed on the state of the condo for any damage etc. regular wear and tear are excluded.
4) Special discounts for long term stay
5) Stays of 6 months and over get the best deals and huge discounts
6) Taxes don't apply for stays of 180 days and over and that's a huge saving along with top discounts.

Kristen F.Great pet-friendly condo at The National Golf & Country Club
I spent a month in Ave Maria at the National Golf and Country Club to be close to the university where my son attends and plays football. This property was very conveniently located and made for a great home away from home for myself and my family visiting on the weekends (husband and 3 adult children). The bedrooms were nicely decorated and most importantly had very comfortable beds which provided a good night sleep for everyone. The den was a great office space for me to work remotely and we put the sofa bed to good use. The kitchen/dining area allowed us to enjoy family dinners together and the living room was a great gathering space with a sectional sofa that is so cozy. The balcony offers a beautiful view as it overlooks the 15th hole of the golf course. During my stay, the country club and its amenities were not complete on the premises, but alternatives were offered close by. Ashok was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He ensured we had all that we needed and even accommodated our two labrador retrievers. Every morning, I took our pups to the dog park which was a great space for them to play. I highly recommend this property and all that it has to offer. I definitely hope to return in the future!

This place was absolutely amazing! Felt bigger than the listing. Clean, well maintained and fully stocked. Two outside areas to give sun and shade options. Great amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce and workout center are all brand new. Ashok is a great host. He treats you like a family member. Do not pass on this fantastic condo.
