The condominium is on hole #10 of the Piper golf course and right beside the condominium is a satellite pool. The resort also has multiple tennis courts, pickle ball, Bocca Ball, two golf courses 18-hole and 9-hole, full-service spa and the state-of-the-art fitness center or gym that is open 24/7, etc.

Master Bedroom with King Bed and Memory Foam Mattress with 2 night stands, dresser and a mirror and Smart TV 's in living and master bedroom for entertainment. It has a walk-in closet for all your clothes and stuff etc. and then a Lenin closet for towels etc. Master bath attached to master bedroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom with twin beds separated by a nightstand and a chaise for storing stuff and it has a reachable closet for hanging clothes.
Common bathrooms have a tub shower with curtain and a toilet coastal style decor.
Living room as a Couch set (3-seater + 2-seater) Plus an Accept chair and an ottoman making comfortable and cozy.
The dining room has a modern elite dining table with 4 chairs and a seater to make anyone comfortable and cozy dining experience.
Outdoor Patio or Lanai has a Patio set for 4 people whether its early morning coffee or a wine in the evening looking at the lake view and golf view and sunsets are just beautiful.
The property comes with one car port and is included in the base rent.

Comfortable and clean condo. Well laid out. In large development with 2 golf courses, a very good golf practice area, pickle ball, tennis, and a very close by secondary pool. Within 15-30 minutes of good restaurants and University Mall. A little further (in March) to downtown Sarasota with all its attractions. Host Ashok answers all questions and is very easy and very pleasant to work with. He wants his renters to have a good time.

Ashok is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The flow of communication was very smooth. His Lakewood National condo is beautifully designed. Unfortunately we were not able to stay on the dates we planned and had to cancel. We will absolutely consider renting from him again if we have the opportunity. This condo was a great place to stay. It is well appointed and furnished very nice. Just Iike the pictures. The location in Lakewood National is perfect! Watching the golfers from the patio was so fun. Ashok, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. He provided information quickly when needed. We recommend this condo very highly. You will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lakewood National in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. in above unit for 3 months. The unit was very well appointed, had everything one requires to live comfortably and in my opinion is in the best lifestyle community in LR. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. He made the stay seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for either a short or long term stay .
