Rentals of more than 6 months need not pay 13% tax on the rent price, which is a huge saving.
Rentals in this resort style community require lease and other documents approvals and everything is electronically signed to make the process simple and convenient at your fingertips.
Payment Schedule:
Security Deposit of the first month rent payment is due at the lease signing.
The remaining rent, and all one-time fees payment is due 90 days prior to lease start date.
Some Important Information:
1) Pets are accepted only on a case by case
2) Everything is automated from lease signing to collection payments securely. So, there is no worry about getting scammed.
3) Security deposit is 100% refundable within 7 to 10 business days after departure and an inspection is performed on the state of the condo for any damage etc. regular wear and tear are excluded.

This condo was the perfect place for my fiancé, 2 dogs, and myself to sty while here on business for a couple of months. Ashok was super responsive and quickly got us in when a previous property didn't work out last minute. He continued to check on us throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed, which was so appreciated!The condo itself is clean, updated, beautiful, and has much more than just the basics - plenty of extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and a complete kitchen.We can't thank Ashok enough for his hospitality and personality! Definitely don't pass this place up!

This was our first time staying at Lakewood National. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath condominium. The lay out was very nice , clean and convenient. The landlord/owner was very responsive to questions or concerns we had during our two month stay. The club facilities were top notch with workout center, pools to use and of course the golf was second to none I would highly recommend staying in this condo for all the above reasons you will not be disappointed.

When I rented the Condo, it was very clean, all detailed information was provided upfront, before we arrived to the Condo. When we had issues with the Faucet, the landlord sent the maintenance person promptly and instructed him replace the Faucet , after hearing about the issue. I had repeated issues with Lakewood National Golf club, security gate systems, Ashok, got involved and ensured that Lakewood National Golf Club fixed my issues. Comfortable and clean condo. Well laid out. In large development with 2 golf courses, a very good golf practice area, pickle ball, tennis, and a very close by secondary pool. Within 15-30 minutes of good restaurants and University Mall. A little further (in March) to downtown Sarasota with all its attractions. Host Ashok answers all questions and is very easy and very pleasant to work with. He wants his renters to have a good time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lakewood National in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. in above unit for 3 months. The unit was very well appointed, had everything one requires to live comfortably and in my opinion is in the best lifestyle community in LR. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. He made the stay seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for either a short or long term stay .
