Beautiful Design Beach Villa in Prime location, close to everything! Located only ONE mile from white sand Florida beach. It is fully furnished with heated screened pool. Kitchen includes all amenities like appliances , silverware ,plates , cups , and pots. Comes with extra linens and towels. Tones of natural light in every room, thanks to sunshine Florida. Beach chairs and pool toys are also provided.

The space
When you enter the villa you will enjoy the open concept with a living room overlooks the private screened porch with heated pool Once you enter the kitchen, you will find the bar that can seat up to 4 people and behind that the dinning that can seat up to 6 people.

The dinning space leads to the living room with a smart tv and plenty of seating areas. This space is perfect for relaxing after a boat day or playing from family games.

The master suite is equipped with a King size bed and has sliding doors overlooking the pool and gorgeous view of tropical tees around the porch. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and two showers for higher level of privacy.
The second bedroom with a queen size bed is equipped with office space and couch for working remotely or relaxing with friends/family.
The third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed and a murphy bed with single size mattress
Laundry room is equipped with a big sink and hallway closet to store extra linens/towels.
Also as you enter the house in common area, you will find elegant classic European day bed with another seating area for morning tea time
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house during your stay . For your safety and our safety , we have installed a ring camera outside by the front door .

This Villa is in a very scenic location mins from shining stretch of clean white sand and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Mins from Nokomis Public Beach…Sarasota’s oldest public beach. Heading west on Albee Road, Nokomis Beach is a conveniently located beach with free parking, concessions, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables and showers. A popular choice among beachgoers, Nokomis Beach is fun-filled and has a social atmosphere. Drum circles are held at sunset on Wednesday and Saturday where the beach comes alive with sonorous, tribal music and dance.

Directions: From US 41, turn Right at the third traffic light (Albee Road). Continue on Albee Road over the drawbridge. Nokomis Beach is straight ahead.

From I-75, take exit #195, and go west on Laurel Rd. to US 41. Turn Left (south) on US 41. Turn Right at the third traffic light (Albee Road). Continue on Albee Road over the drawbridge. Nokomis Beach is straight ahead.
