This beautifully presented large four bedroomed, three bath roomed villa is situated on the gated community of Southern Dunes, golf and country club with fantastic views over the second fairway. The 26 feet long, wonderful, heated swimming pool has been retiled and resurfaced. The large extended pool deck is furnished with six loungers, a table and six chairs, there is also a covered area providing shade from the Florida sun. One can relax with friends around the table where the ceiling fan provides acool breeze, there is also a light over the table for those late nights.
FREE Wi-Fi and subscription TV is provided at our home.
Side, the home there is a sitting room at the rear of the house, which has a 65 inch smart TV and two comfortable sofas. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need for a family meal with stainless steel appliances which include microwave side-by-side fridge, freezer, dishwasher . The range has a ceramic hob on which to cook and built-in air fryer there is also a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops and glass, tile splashback’s. The peninsula has been widened and has four Chairs. there is a formal dining room, seating eight at the front of the house alone with the second sitting room,which also contains two comfortable sofas.
The master suite has a king bed and 55 inch TV , with ensuitev bathroom with separate shower, large corner, bath, and walk-in closet containing a safe.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with And sue bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom which August also contains a bath with shower. All the bathrooms have granite countertops.
There is a games room in the garage where there is a TV ,pool table and football table. The garage also contains two sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets and two bicycles for guest room for guest use . The modern washing machine and dryer are also situated in the garage.
Currently can also provide high chairs, cots and gas grills for an additional reasonable charge.

Area Information
Southern junior golf course is a PGA course, one of the best public courses in Florida. The community has several pools and a children’s play area . Access to the community is controlled by 24 hour security guards. It is conveniently located within easy reach of all the theme, parks and shopping Malls of Central, Florida, and the beautiful beaches of both the Gulf Coast and Atlantic coasts. There are Numerous bars and restaurants in the area including The Tavern on the Dunes situated at the the Golf Club.

Helen and I enjoy the short drive to Winter Haven where we enjoy the restaurants and bars without the mass crowds of tourists one finds in some areas of Florida. We detail some of our favourite haunts in our welcome pack. Beer lover might wish to sample the beers available at Grove Roots micro brewery in Winter Haven. Uber or designated drive would be a good idea.

About the owner: Richard and Helen Woolley.
Richard is a retired Police Inspector and Helen is a retired school financial administrator .Our home is in Cuddington , Cheshire UK. We have 3 daughters who live in various parts of the world Cyprus , Dubai and New Zealand. We now spend our time visiting our daughters, grand children and our home in Florida. We are keen amateur golfers who enjoy the challenge of the Southern Dunes course and the numerous other golf courses in the vicinity.
Why this property? We fell in love with Southern Dunes whilst on one of our many family Florida holidays and decided that was where we wanted to but our Florida home which we did in early 2011.
Our villa is more than just a rental home . It is our family home in Florida which we do our best to maintain to a high standard. When others are at the parks we tend to be working on our home. In 2022/2023 we spent approximately $30,000 on maintaining and improving our home.

My family and I love Florida and in this property rental we have found the perfect home from home for our holidays. The location of the house is perfect, whether you want to spend the day at the parks, celebration and Disney springs, or beach day trips to either of Floridas beautiful coasts (highly recommend Clearwater, Sarasota or Cocoa Beach). The house was immaculate and Richard the owner could not do enough to ensure our stay was just perfect! The inside of the villa is nicely decorate and is obviously taken care of with very comfy beds and sofas. The pool and deck area of the villa is lovely, whether you use it for a full pool day, a morning coffee as the sun comes up or al fresco evening dining and cards. It really is a home from home. We had the best time and cannot wait to return for all our future Florida trips! Thanks again Richard for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Absolutely thrilled that this villa came recommended to us by friends. It was certainly home from home. The villa had everything that was required, superb utilities, Washer, Dryer, WiFi and the pool was simply beautiful with a view onto the golf course… but not to forget the beds, WOW never have we ever slept so well, the mattresses were so comfortable. Having had a good night’s sleep, we were all refreshed for the busy theme park days ahead! The walk-in shower was a great addition to. Perfect location for not only the theme parks but also local amenities such as a huge Walmart. Restaurants were only a short drive, Mannys being the family favourite. Great communication with the owners from the start. I would have no hesitation in recommending this first class villa to anyone.
