This beautifully presented large four bedroomed, three bath roomed villa is situated on the gated community of Southern Dunes, golf and country club with fantastic views over the second fairway. The 26 feet long, wonderful, heated swimming pool has been retiled and resurfaced. The large extended pool deck is furnished with six loungers, a table and six chairs, there is also a covered area providing shade from the Florida sun. One can relax with friends around the table where the ceiling fan provides acool breeze, there is also a light over the table for those late nights.
FREE Wi-Fi and subscription TV is provided at our home.
Side, the home there is a sitting room at the rear of the house, which has a 65 inch smart TV and two comfortable sofas. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need for a family meal with stainless steel appliances which include microwave side-by-side fridge, freezer, dishwasher . The range has a ceramic hob on which to cook and built-in air fryer there is also a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops and glass, tile splashback’s. The peninsula has been widened and has four Chairs. there is a formal dining room, seating eight at the front of the house alone with the second sitting room,which also contains two comfortable sofas.

The master suite has a king bed and 55 inch TV , with ensuitev bathroom with separate shower, large corner, bath, and walk-in closet containing a safe.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with And sue bathroom. The two twin bedrooms have two beds and flat screen TVs, they share the third bathroom which August also contains a bath with shower. All the bathrooms have granite countertops.

There is a games room in the garage where there is a TV ,pool table and football table. The garage also contains two sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets and two bicycles for guest room for guest use . The modern washing machine and dryer are also situated in the garage.

Currently can also provide high chairs, cots and gas grills for an additional reasonable charge.

Area Information

Southern junior golf course is a PGA course, one of the best public courses in Florida. The community has several pools and a children’s play area . Access to the community is controlled by 24 hour security guards. It is conveniently located within easy reach of all the theme, parks and shopping Malls of Central, Florida, and the beautiful beaches of both the Gulf Coast and Atlantic coasts. There are Numerous bars and restaurants in the area including The Tavern on the Dunes situated at the the Golf Club.

Helen and I enjoy the short drive to Winter Haven where we enjoy the restaurants and bars without the mass crowds of tourists one finds in some areas of Florida. We detail some of our favourite haunts in our welcome pack. Beer lover might wish to sample the beers available at Grove Roots micro brewery in Winter Haven. Uber or designated drive would be a good idea.
