A unique Destin rental home, Stairway to Hammock Heaven will take you to new vacation heights even beyond the 3rd story crow’s nest with four hammock chairs! Rather than an open floor plan, it offers guests a collection of calm spaces to gather and rest, each with a coastal decor theme and every detail thought-out. Even the pool and spa deck boast several bistro tables, lounge chairs at either end of the pool, and a grilling station dappled amongst the palm trees and green lawn.

Take for example the following mini oases this coastal rental has to offer: every bedroom has access to a breezy balcony; indoor dining for 15 is separated out between a breakfast nook, a reclaimed wood dining table and a kitchen island with barstools; while two independent work desks cater to remote jobs.

Plus, each area has amenities that make Stairway to Hammock Heaven a guest favorite― a spacious laundry room with a washing sink and a stand alone ice maker; a beautifully renovated kitchen complete with all cookware and a Kitchen Aide mixer on a raisable shelf; and a primary suite with marble countertops, double vanities and a giant walk-in shower.

The path to vacation nirvana continues on to the flowered landscaping that surrounds this home. Follow the road a block to the south and you’ll find yourself on the shores of the Gulf and the famous Destin beaches. Nearby are golf courses, renowned shopping malls and nearly every type of cuisine one would want on their journey to the best Destin vacation yet.

The pool has a Spill-Over Spa. This is not a Hot Tub and cannot be heated independent of the pool. Pool may be heated for an additional fee upon request in season.

Per HOA rules: Vehicles cannot be parked on the street overnight, cannot be parked across the sidewalk, cannot be parked in the right of way grass area between the sidewalk and street or parked on vacant lots. Extra vehicles must be parked outside of Crystal Shores neighborhood property. No RV’s Trucks with commercial lettering, Buses, Trailers, Boats or Jet Skis can be parked at Crystal Shores. This home provides parking for 3 average size vehicles or 2 vehicles and a golf cart, should you choose to rent a Golf Cart (Golf Cart not provided) These neighborhood rules are strictly enforced, subject to $100 fine if not compliant

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee of $50 per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
