The unit offers sleeping for 10 with a full sized Murphy bed behind the library shelves, living room queen sleeper with air mattress upgrade, plus the sitting room sectional can be made into a twin bed. This unit was so beautiful. It was a great experience. Only down was our washer didn’t work. That wasn’t the owners fault. We made do with out it. Well equipped unit. We stayed at Ocean Vistas in 1101 and absolutely loved it. It was beautifully furnished and very spacious. It is just far enough from the boardwalk and the Ocean walk area to be away from the crowds, but still close enough for easy access to everything. Our unit and the balconies were amazing. Very comfortable furniture inside and outside! Kitchen was stocked with any cookware and cooking utensils you would need. We flew this time and were unable to take our beach chairs and umbrella as usual,(you could rent them on the beach) but they had them for our unit! It made everything so easy! The cage with our chairs and umbrella was right by our reserved parking spaces which were also right by the elevator!! So easy! Also,the elevator was near private and we never had to wait for it. We even had our own pool cues for playing pool in the clubhouse, which was also super nice. I can't say enough about the unit and the beautiful views. We just enjoyed staying here so much! It just seemed much more relaxing, spacious and easy. So nice with lots of perks....such as an additional beverage fridge, TV in the kitchen and in master bath, grocery carts for bringing up groceries, etc. Dennis and Carmen are so easy and wonderful to work with on details and very quick to respond to calls and emails. They just make it that much more pleasurable.

I will start with saying that Ocean Vistas unit 1101 is probably the nicest accommodations we have ever had for a family beach trip. My goal was to find a place that myself, husband, kids, spouses, grandkids and my mother could enjoy and be able to be together for the week. This unit did that and more. It is everything you see in the online pictures and the complex itself is so secure and nice. Our every need was met. The kitchen is awesome and the bedrooms are very very comfortable. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. I could not have ask for more. We love the Daytona Beach Shores area and will definitely be back in the future and hope to be able to stay in this unit again with the family. It’s that good!

We had a great time in Daytona with our family and the accommodations at Ocean Vistas 1101 worked out really well. There was ample room for the 3 families with the 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Plenty of room to "get away" from each other and room enough to have meals together, play games, soak in the sun on the decks or whatever.

This was a wonderful retreat for our family to end our summer making special memories and relaxing in the beautiful oasis. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, designer furnishings and decorations. I can still hear the ocean waves from the balcony which was so relaxing. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something to enjoy and remember.

We loved our time at Ocean Visatas Suite 1101. I would go back and I would recommend this suite to everyone. Loved the high end finishings and ease of access to the beach, restaurants, groceries, spa's. The kitchen was a dream even though 6 of us would be in there working we were not in each others way at all. We did not want to leave. Thank you for a very relaxing vacation that EXCEEDED our expectations. (when does that happen?) Very happy customers.

Ocean Vistas 1101 is the best Penthouse I have rented in Daytona! We live 1.5 hours away so we are in Daytona often. This penthouse is by far the most accommodating ever! My hubby had knee surgery and we came during a week of questionable weather so he had to stay inside. HAHA The 3 balconies on each end of the penthouse allowed us to enjoy the views without the rain and breeze. The amenities are A+. We had friends join us and there are TWO assigned parking places. When we got out from our car, the elevator went to the door of our penthouse. You know what was sad......it was only a I hope to rent 2 weeks next visit.

Jody B.Luxurious Beachfront Vacation
This is my third year renting from Carmen and Dennis. The rental is affordable, luxurious, and safe. It has more amenities than most rental units. The property itself is amazing. The views are incredible. Very safe and secure place to stay. On the ocean...close enough to grocery stores, dining, but yet not too close that you feel like you aren't on vacation. They supply all the basics and so much more to relax, make yourself at home and enjoy your time away. The kitchen is well stocked to make meals, laundry room in unit, plenty of towels, as well as beach supplies. You have a pool, hot tub, fitness room, game/gathering area on site. Close to the airport, nice drive to St. Augustine and the Ponce Inlet as well. I enjoy each visit to Florida as I live in Pennsylvania. This just makes me feel even more blessed that they open their rental units to us to stay in. Plenty of space to accommodate friends and relatives for great entertaining. The rooms are decorated tastefully. The furniture is comfortable and plenty of space to sleep. The patios are a huge plus as you can sit outside and watch the ocean, the bay, grill food, relax and enjoy life. I highly recommend these amazing units for renting on your dream vacation. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for the trip of a lifetime and opening up your ocean condos for our vacation enjoyment....I will be back again!
