Welcome to Hidden Dunes Gulfside 101! This beautiful updated condo has all the conveniences of home and even more! Ample sleeping for a large family and just steps away from the Gulfside Pool! This unit has all new furnishings and an updated kitchen. There is a King in the primary Bedroom, and a Queen bed in a guest bedroom. The 2nd guest bedroom is great for the kids - furnished with a triple bunk and a Twin Trundle bed! There is even a sleeper sofa in the living area for those extra guests! This corner unit has a balcony for each bedroom as well as being open to the living area. Hidden Dunes 101 is a great spot for your next relaxing vacation!
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
