The bathroom has been fully upgraded with a new flooring, a large walk-in-shower and a new vanity counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals and there is even an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. But best of all, this adorable unit is just steps away from the emerald green waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Lounge on the patio with a water view or relax by the community pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, or you can rent bikes from the neighborhood shop and do some coastal cruising. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV
