TVs provided in both bedrooms with Roku streaming services. The couch in the living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa with brand new mattress. Half bath downstairs. Bar seating for 4. Dining table that seats 6. High Chair and pack n play provided for families.
Outside storage box to hold all beach supplies. Includes 2 beach chairs, one beach wagon, toys, golf balls, putters.
6 complimentary beach towels provided during your stay. Outside patio is great for grilling out with propane gas grill with table and chairs.

Unique Benefits
We absolutely love our time here at Gulf Highlands. The location could not be better. The entrance is on Hutchinson Blvd which avoids all of the traffic on front beach road. We love the location, with the ability to see our family at the pool from our patio and the short walk to the beautiful Emerald coast.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love all of the amenities offered in such close proximity! Not only is the pool and mini golf just feet away, they love the arcade game in the condo and the short walk to bowling, escape rooms, axe throwing, and ice cream!!

About the host: We are Keith and Jennifer and currently reside in Birmingham, Alabama. We recently purchased our home in 2023 after years of visiting Panama City Beach. We truly love the city and the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Why this property? Gulf Highland is in such an amazing location. It is within walkable distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, bowling and so many other activities. The resort itself contains 11 pools, shuffleboard, playground, tennis and pickleball courts and so much more. We love the proximity to grocery stores and fun activities. It truly is the best location and resort!
