My husband, mother and I stayed in Antonio's condo for the month of January, and it was the perfect answer for the three of us. My mother had her own bathroom, just outside of the guest bedroom. Having laundry use in the condo was an excellent bonus. The condo is well represented regarding decor and cleanliness. The Heritage Landing community is very nice and well kept. We enjoyed one of the three satellite pools, (though renters can attend any of them, along with the large, club pool) and my husband took advantage of the on-site golf course, which is also very nice. One of our favorite past-times was looking out the back to spot the two gators in the nature preserve water, who we named Alex and Andy (Andie). Having the option of steps or the elevator to the second floor was ideal since my mother doesn't navigate steps well. Everyone we came into contact with in the community, whether owners or renters, was very kind and welcoming. In the Punta Gorda area, we enjoyed several great meals out, including The Village Brewhouse at Fishermen's Village, Jelly Bird Cafe, and Tamiami Tavern. (Get on the wait list!) I would recommend Antonio's place to any who are looking for a great stay in the Punta Gorda area.

Stayed for the month of April 2024 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location, cleanliness, comfortable and beautiful surroundings. The unit is well decorated and fully stocked with all you will need for your stay. The resort style community includes a beautiful golf course and full amenities of which we took full advantage of. Tony and Julie were also very prompt in answering the few questions we had with the rental process and the unit. Hope to make a return trip to Heritage Landing soon. Thanks again

Michael K.Exceptionally Clean and Beautifully Decorated
My wife and I stayed at Tony and Julie's home for the month of January 2024. It is a two bedroom condominium located on the second floor of the terrace units with parking directly in front for easy access to come and go. The unit was extremely well decorated throughout with vibrant colours and accessories that complimented each room. The kitchen and family room were both functional and relaxing after a busy day of playing pickle ball and working out at the fitness centre. The primary bedroom had a king size bed with exquisite decor to ensure an excellent night sleep. It met our expectations and more!Heritage Landing is ideally located, with a 10 minute or so drive to downtown Punta Gorda or a 20 minute drive south to Cape Coral and North Fort Myers. My wife and I enjoyed visiting the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford museums just a short drive away as well as visiting Sanibel Island and Naples.We truly enjoyed our time at Heritage Landing which provided endless luxury whether it is fitness you're into or enjoying a game of golf, heritage landing has it all. I would be remiss if I didn't mention pickle ball again or tennis and not to forget the community pool area with its Tiki Bar.Thank You once again to Tony and Julie for a wonderful stay at their place at Heritage Landing in Punta Gorda.
