We have had the best stay Di. Thank you so very much for all of the thought you have put into your home! We left a few extras in the outside closet that hopefully others can use : some extra pool toys, water squirters, a cheap pair of Crocs. My boys loved the place as well. We caught snakes, anoles, geckos, bull sharks, puffer fish, catfish, drums, and a snook! We made friends with Bubba and Ronny on the dock and my 14 year old son won over the rest of the "guys" and fished with them each night. The pool ladies were a pretty rough crowd to crack but we tried ;) Someone had out away the beach umbrella inside out. I think I got it put back together properly and it is still usable. Again, thank you so much.

Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites.

We had a lovely stay starting from booking and continued through checkout. The condo provides a beautifully relaxing vibe with amenities that allowed us to feel right at home. We were not lacking for anything including being able to cook a holiday dinner without having to spend a fortune on spices and extras! We had not stayed in this area and we loved exploring the beaches and restaurants which are plentiful.

Our family enjoyed a week in Diana’s condo! We slept great and were able to cook good meals in her kitchen. The pool was heated and the beach area was serene with great sand and shallow water for our kids to play in. We had two instances where we messaged Diana and she responded promptly and helped us! Great location to get to Stump Pass Beach, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda—all around 20 min drive. (We also loved Publix and Walmart being a quick 8 min drive across the bridge!)

This condo is perfect for a carefree stay. It’s spacious and clean, has all you need. Easy drive to many beaches and restaurants, huge heated pool with a view of the harbor. We’d definitely stay here again.

Q:
What floor is the unit on and is there an elevator?
A:
It's on the second floor, the stairs are split with landings so they're easy to manage. There is no elevator.
Q:
What are some local attractions and places to eat?
A:
I'm a big sun/beach person so most of the stuff I think is fun is at the beach :) We go to Englewood/Manasota or Venice beach usually, gorgeous beaches and tons of shark teeth and shells and such. Sometimes there are turtle nests too :)
There's a little restaurant across the street from the condo, we call it "The Bean". It's an old depot/sheriff's office/jail/post office/post that's now a great place to play games and listen to chill music and their food is all made from scratch down to the ranch dressing. There's also great sushi right down the street at the Big Bamboo Asian place and it's not expensive like back home lol.
We haven't made it to swimming with the manatees yet but that's definitely on the list of to-do's eventually. There's golfing, fishing, shopping, etc. too and we have the kayaks that you can take up the river if you want a relaxing float.
