Two bedrooms on the first level (A Queen Suite and a Queen over Queen Bunk Bedroom) each have their own bath. The first floor laundry room features ample counter and storage space and shares access with one of the baths, perfect for cleaning up from the beach or pool. At the foot of the stairs a cozy sitting area is a wonderful common space for guests to relax in that features a Queen Sofabed. A residential elevator services all three floors of this home.

On the second floor is another of the King master suites as well as an open great room with living, dining and kitchen spaces.
