Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is warmed from Nov - March and is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic tables.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.
Our concierge can help you arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
