The Preserve at Grayton Beach is situated on the West end of Grayton Beach, very close to Blue Mountain. It is around 5 minutes to Red Bar, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Blue Mabel, Grayton Seafood, AJs, Beach Camp Brewpub, Goatfeathers, Hurricanes Oyster Bar, Chanticleer, Roux 30A, Grace Pizza, Mimmos Blue Mountain, Local Seafood, Pizza by the Sea, and more!
Grayton Beach was recently rated the top beach in the US due to its white sugary sand, emerald green water, private beaches, and local community. In addition to all that, you can also enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving at one of the reefs nearby (Turtle Reef is just off Grayton Beach).

This home has beach service for 2 which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily for you. There is also beach gear at the house for you to use. There is a fat tire beach cart at the house for you to bring your stuff to the beach.
Beach cruisers- We have 4 beach bikes for you to use.
Golf cart- We have a 6 seater golf cart available for a discounted rate. Please feel free to inquire about this.
Beach towels- we have beach towels available for your stay.
Amenities- We have for you to enjoy your stay and not worry about bringing, Shampoo, conditioner and Body wash in all bathrooms. Hand soap is available at all sinks. There is dish soap at the kitchen sink. We supply garbage bags for your stay as well as dish pods and laundry detergent.
Pets- We will accept pets on a case by case basis- so please inquire if you need to bring your pups.

The preserve is an exclusive gated community on 30A- We have a gated beach access to one of the best locations on 30A that has no public access. We now have 4 pickle ball courts and a new tennis court. The Preserve has two pools, one is heated seasonally.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the DUNE LAKES!!!! Kids love to go crabbing at night, they run down the boardwalk to search for ghost crabs. If you have no idea what I am talking about, feel free to ask and I will let you know what and how to do it.
This vacation home is located in Santa Rosa Beach. 30A Bike Trail and Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Central Square and Grand Boulevard Town Center. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting.

This house was perfect for our family's annual summer vacation! There are eleven of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The golf cart was a hit with the grandkids and made it so easy to get to the boardwalk for beach days. An added plus was the wagon, beach chairs and toys provided by the owner. The beach was perfect with plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy the gulf and the lake! The littles especially enjoyed playing in the dune lake! The host met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. She even offered to come back and take a family picture for us!! We would love to come back every summer!

We loved this home. A family of 5 adults & a 9 year old. It was absolutely spotless.!!! There were so many extras that we didn’t have to bring because it was provided. The bedsheets all comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Eileen was so easy to work with. My son’s fiancé was the one who actually booked. The use of the golf cart was wonderful and well worth the cost. It ran perfectly seated all 6 and we loved taking it to beach, pool & dinner & of course Blue Mountsin ice cream. Thanks we’ll be back.

Our group of 11 celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary here this week. I spent months looking for the perfect home for our group that was within our budget. This home provided three master/King bedrooms with en-suites, bunk room and separate living room space for the kids. We wanted a pool, pickle ball, bikes, golf cart and walking distance to the beach and ice cream…we found it all here! The house was extremely clean, luxurious bedding/sheets, well stocked with soaps, detergent, etc. The property manager was very prompt to respond during our stay and was patient in answering my million and one questions leading up to our stay. We truly had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time here! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with our family.

We were a group of 11, 6 adults + 5 kids, and we LOVED this house! It’s evident that a lot of love goes into the upkeep of this house - it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with basic essentials, linens & plenty of beach/pool toys, chairs & wagons. The location is wonderful and having access to two pools was a big plus for us! This was our first time in Grayton and because of this house, it won’t be our last!

This house was great. Had everything our family needed. The beach access was incredible…one row of chairs. No 3-4 rows like other locations we have stayed at previously. Beach service was provided with 2 chairs and umbrella and for ease we paid for an additional 2 chairs so we did not have to carry anything. The walk to the beach was close and a boardwalk was a canopy of trees with no steps to the sand. I cannot say enough other than I will definitely stay again!
