We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jewel of the Sea! The house was spotless upon arrival and so well stocked with everything we needed from coffee to beach towels! We loved having access to the tennis and pickleball courts, and the short private walk to the beach made every day so easy and relaxing. The golf cart was such a nice bonus for getting around. Only needing our car for grocery runs! Eileen was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. This was our fourth time vacationing in Grayton/Blue Mountain beaches and I highly recommend this beautiful home for a beach getaway!

My group of 11 including 5 kids under 9 stayed at this lovely, spotless and well stocked home! The house fit everyone in a more than comfortable way! We cooked several meals, had plenty of fridge space and really liked the separate ice maker for keeping drink tumblers full! ! The bikes, yard games and golf cart enhanced the fun! Easy walks to the beach, the pools and pickleball courts were so fun! The kids loved riding the golf cart to the pools, nearby shops and to get ice cream! We loved the spacious rooms, king beds, fabulous linens and attentive property manager! The porch swings on rainy afternoons were great for relaxing! We had a great stay and look forward to coming back next summer!

My family and I just recently left Jewel of the Sea in which we stayed 1 week. We have stayed in this neighborhood before, but this house was excellent. The private beach access and golf cart were both great pluses. My family also really enjoyed the outdoor area and games provided! This was a great home for families with kids! The host had excellent communication throughout the entire stay. We are looking to plan on returning for 2026!

Last July, my family (two young kids, two high schoolers, and my parents) had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to make every guest feel right at home. The beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, which made it even harder to leave!One of the standout features of this rental is how much attention to detail the property manager, Eileen, has put into making sure guests have everything they need. From a fully stocked coffee bar with a wide variety of options to toys and activities that kept the little ones entertained, every detail was covered. We practically just had to show up with our suitcases, and everything else was taken care of.Eileen was fantastic to work with—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a vacation rental where you can relax, make memories, and truly feel at home, this is the one. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to do so with this lovely house. It is beautifully built and decorated, wonderfully comfortable, spacious, and has every amenity one might need or want. Eileen and Shawn live nearby and are quick to respond and handle any imaginable need. The only drawback is that it is not right on the water; there is, however, a private and mostly shady boardwalk over to it, and it does not take long to get there. Once at the beach, there is an attendant who sets up nice lounge chairs and an umbrella for you in Jewel of the Sea’s reserved area. I would most definitely recommend this house!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to pop down for a morning walk or sunset stroll. The house itself was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From plenty of beach towels to a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They even provided a hair dryer and an abundance of shower essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch.The addition of the golf cart made getting around town an absolute breeze, and we loved the bikes available for a fun ride around the neighborhood. One of our favorite spots to relax was on the porch swings and the cozy screened-in porches, which made for perfect evenings enjoying the gulf breeze.The convenience of being so close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions made it easy to explore the area, but we loved how peaceful and private the house felt, especially so close to the beach. The attention to detail in this rental truly made our trip stress-free and relaxing. We can't wait to come back and stay again! Highly recommend!

This house is a luxury home!!! By far the best we have rented & we have been renting a beach house 15 years. Everything you could want, this house has. Super clean, stocked kitchen, ice maker so handy to have! Our kids had so much fun with the pickle ball, tennis courts & pool down the street. They have a nice corn hole set at the house. So much to do & just a short golf cart ride to get ice cream or can walk or ride the bikes that were provided. I could go on & on about this house. We are booked for 2025. Can’t wait!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home. It was exactly what we were looking for our first trip to the area. I can’t leave a review without first giving a very special shout out to-Eileen who made this vacation all it was and more. She was quick to respond, checked in on us frequently to ensure all was well, and gave us superb recommendations on places to go being our first trip there. As for the home, it is nestled in a calm, quiet, serene neighborhood with two pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. The home came fully equipped with everything we may have needed or didn’t know we needed for our stay. It was well kept, very clean, luxurious. We will be back!! We took the golf cart around 30A one day and I can ensure you, there is not another place we will stay. The kids and I had such a relaxing, fun spring break, which is just what we were searching for.
