Located on the first Canal off of the Gulf, beach is a moments walk away. Most of our guests love the fact that they can walk to the beach, and if desired keep a boat at the dock. . Located in the highly desirable South end of Island- Large heated waterside pool, is a main attraction.
Boat dock included, canal front living, swim in waterside pool or the warm Gulf Beaches at the ocean. Upon awakening, step onto your bedside patio and view the Sunrise from the master bedroom deck. You can also dine and enjoy stargazing, on the large waterfront deck off of the main living area.
Only ten residences on property, in image we are the separate larger home with direct waterfront, parking below home. Enjoy unobstructed direct views. * On the property, although waterfront, many of the homes do not offer the view. We are the largest property with direct views.

Marco Island is the gem of the South Florida Gulf Coast, with two beach access points within walking distance of the condo. Dining options abound-
Explore recreational activities such as Marco Island Water Sports, Marco Island Tennis & Racquet Center, and visit the Farmers Market on Wednesdays at the beautiful new Veteran's Memorial Park. Saturdays there is a Farmers Market on Third St. in Naples - please check for exact location, dates and times.
For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous courses to choose from. Car rentals from Hertz and Budget are available on the island, and you can rent boats, pontoons, and book excursions at The Rose Marina. Consider taking a day trip to Key West with the Key West Express, and use the Hemingway water shuttle to Kewadin Island, Cool Beans Catamaran offers several different adventures. Try the 2 1/2 hour trip to Keewaydin Island that includes all you can drink premium selection of beer, wine, bottled water and sodas.
Other options include bike and scooter rentals, baby equipment rentals, and island transportation services like The Wave and The Crabby Cabbie, which offer free rides across the island, accepting tips as compensation. For those who enjoy late-night entertainment, places like The Sand Bar and Mario's offer food, beverages, live music, and DJs until 1:00 AM.
When it comes to breakfast, Doreen's and Red Rooster are local favorites that serve breakfast until 2:00 PM. You can also check out Sami's and Stonewall's.

Venture to Goodland, a charming fishing community where Stan's has been a fixture since 1969. Experience the famous Buzzard dance and SUNDAY FUN DAY with live music from 1-6 PM, grilled food, refreshing drinks, and great music, dancing, and people-watching. Other waterside establishments like Little Bar, Paradise Found, and the Crabby Lady also offer live music and fantastic food. All are accessible by boat or car, making Sundays in Goodland a must-visit. Don't forget to explore Kirk's Fish House for fresh seafood, dips, side dishes, and more!

Just a short walk north on the beach, you'll reach the JW Marriott, where you can secure a table just off the sand at Quinn's. This is also where you can witness the mesmerizing fire dancer performance during sunset – a captivating show for all ages! While at the JW, don't miss Kane Tiki Bar, known for its terrific food, including the famous ahi tuna nachos. The JW Marriott offers numerous other outstanding dining options as well.

Cleaning is available on a weekly basis if desired. There is a one time fee at end-. Cleaning service is available weekly - or you can opt to care for the residence as well.

The cleaners do not do personal laundry / dishes etc. Some tenants would like weekly - which is available via $150 once weekly. The home is equipped with all cleaning supplies, vacuum, toilet cleansers and a high sterilization washer - dryer.

It was also well equipped and had new appliances. The owners were very nice and helpful, as were the other owners/renters in the condo development. The pool was very well kept up, and spacious considering there are only ten units in the complex. The beach (and the Sunset Grille) is less than a ten minute walk with very easy beach access. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the balcony overlooking the canal. We saw dolphins and manatees in the canal, as well as ospreys, pelicans, mockingbirds, cardinal, doves, and other bird life. Perfect scenery to go with a nice glass of wine while you are relaxing!
