If you book this specific room I think you’ll be very happy with the space. It was 8 of us which is the max allowed and we had plenty of beds and bathrooms and all of it was clean. The decor is so cute and the beach view is genuinely to die for. I have 0 complaints about Kelly and Farah because the condo is what made the stay the best :) The beach in PCB is also beautiful and the pool view also looks very pretty…. But the pool seems to be the only area of the apartment building that they care to keep nice. keep in mind, it’s resort style in the sense that you get 8 irreplaceable bands for each of your guests that you cannot take off or lose because they will either kick you out or make you pay $100 for bands they throw away anyways. Parking passes are also not replaced if lost and the front desk lady was not clear with how many we are allowed but she gave us two. Additional parking is a 5 min drive - 15 walk away. As we arrived the security at the lobby asked us questions and any time we hesitated he made us feel like we’re weren’t supposed to be there- when in reality it was just our first time. He was rude, and asked us what was in the bag he was handing us as if we were supposed to know?? As if he was testing that we knew what we were doing. My friends arrived the day after so I had given them a parking pass and bands in advance… I also warned them that they would probably interact with an asshole so to please not lose their items and to not let themselves feel bad for asking regular questions …. however again as my friends had never been there they had no idea where to go because the lobby is hidden by the side of the building. They had the parking pass and bands in a bag and were by the same rude lobby “security” asked why it was in there. Not only is that a stupid question because obviously they had just arrived but he didn’t answer any of theirs properly. They were informed by me that it’s expensive to replace both of the items so they put it away for safe keeping while they were on their way to the right parking lot the guy rudely asked them “why would you put it back in the bag” TWICE to again treat them like they were stupid and rolled his eyes. We did nothing to make anyone at any point believe we weren’t supposed to be there. If you are going to be a place that is obviously heavily owned by time-shares… you at that point need to function like a hotel… that means you answer people’s questions and you direct them politely where they need to go. This isn’t Four Seasons…. If you walk the hallways and the lobby it actually looks more like a motel 6… so I would adjust your employees attitudes accordingly. Thank you

The place was wonderful and well equipped. We utilized the big Crockpot for meals after a big day on the beach. The views and sunsets were perfect. Location was on point. Pool area, Bar, and Food Hut were amazing. Beach access awesome. Staff and security very friendly and helpful. Communication with Farah and Kelly was great. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Absolutely beautiful condo & view! Very well appointed. Our dryer did not work for the week & was disappointed in that they could not fix that while we were there. Also more patio seating would be nice even some fold up chairs would be helpful. Gave it a 4 out of 5 just because of the dryer & the shortage of patio furniture as we had to sit in the ground. Overall beds were very comfortable & was very clean!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the shores of Panama in unit 503! The condo had everything and plenty of space for our family of 5. We were there in the off season, so our experience with the parking lot and elevators were just fine compared to other reviewers comments. We could see how it would be challenging during peak season times, it is tight in the parking garage.The beds were all VERY comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely equipped and very spacious. The unit is located on the 5th floor which was perfect. The also had a ton of beach items in a bin on the balcony for all ages. The angle of the balcony also provided excellent sunset viewing!We would love to come back and stay again! The pools and hot tubs are amazing, the beach access was super easy too. They do make you wear wrist bands while you’re there fyi, that’s your access to the garage and the beach. Pro tip, don’t make them too tight!! Fasten them so you can still slide them off your wrist when not needing them on!

We are quite familiar with this resort. We have stayed in 3 different condos over the past three years. This unit was definitely a good choice. It is low enough to be able to climb stairs or go down them (and right next to the stairwell). But high enough to enjoy the view out. End units (particularly those that face the pool) are amazing! And the parking space is about as close as you can get for a coveted end unit. The unit was clean and mostly well equipped— including some basic seasonings and oil. They even provided beach chairs. A little light on fridge storage tupperware. And bring your own toilet paper. Doesn’t use the furniture space well but still has room for a smushed 5 bar stools. (Only eating area). I had good response time with management. We will definitely keep this unit on our list again for next year.

What a great condo, the views were just perfect with this being a corner unit. The 5th floor was great, low enough to have great views of the ocean and the pool. Balcony was amazing, one side looks over the pool, the other has unrestricted ocean views. Updated condo, very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This resort, though it is bigger than we have historically chosen, has some great amenities and a fun atmosphere. The parking garage is a little difficult to navigate with tight spaces (especially if you have a large vehicle), and non-reserved parking spaces are hard to come by for a second vehicle, but once we got our system down it was do-able. The beach was crowded, but beach service team did a great job. The condo is a perfect space for a group of 6, and has an amazing balcony, which was our main reason for booking this listing! Very clean, well decorated and maintained. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in PCB!

This is our sixth time on this property but only our first in this unit. We stayed 11 nights. This is by far our favourite space in the building. The wraparound patio is awesome facing ocean or pool. Parking is on same level and only 2 levels away from gym. We were only 2 but this space would be great for 2 couples or a family. All amenities are available. Including beach toys and chairs. Great stay, great space.

This condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family. The location is by far the best at the Shores the view of the ocean and pool makes this condo a must stay!! Close to the stairs we found it easy to go up & down. The elevators are always a challenge with high floors making this fifth-floor unit just right. The parking spot is just steps into the garage from the unit no need to hunt for your spot! The best pool and location in PCB …we also loved being able to order food at the pool everything we ordered was good and affordable. Just steps to the beach & Pineapple Willy’s We will definitely stay here again thanks for a great family vacation!!

Everything was in perfect working order and very clean. The view is great! The space is very functional. Comfortable beds and bedding. Helpful hosts. Some beach items are in the room for you to use. Bring your own beach towels. Kitchen has basics and is very clean.

My friends and I stayed here for our break, and we had a great time. The unit was excellent - spacious, clean, comfortable and great views! It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Farah and Kelly were responsive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.
