As you enter the property you are greeted with a bright open plan hall and living room area which is equipped with two new and sumptuous sofa’s, prefect for relaxing on with a book after a busy day at the parks.

At the rear of the property the accomodation opens up in to a huge family living, dining and kitchen area which makes it the perfect social living area to catch up on the days events. The living area has two comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing on to watching your favourite show on the new 65inch 4k TV with sound bar and Roku channels.

The dining area can seat eight people comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite worktops, and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear. For your convenience there is a separate laundry area off the kitchen which includes a washer and tumble dryer.

This vacation home boasts four large bedrooms which are all located upstairs. The first master suite has a huge king sized bed, TV and large en-suite with large Roman bath, walk in shower, toilet, double basins, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer. It also has a 55” smart TV, including Roku channels.

The Queen Bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and offers cable TV.

Bedrooms three and four have full sized twin beds with walk in wardrobes, and both have cable TV. They are tastefully decorated to suit either children or adults.

The family bathroom can be used to service the Queen bedroom and the two twin bedrooms, it is equipped with a shower over bath, double basins, large vanity mirror and toilet.

The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with full sized pool table, air hockey table, darts and table football (foosball).

Pool

The large south east facing pool and spa is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck and there are plenty of luxurious padded sun lounges, and a dining set with umbrella. The deck can accommodate two families with ease. The pool is private and neighbouring properties are screened by the fence that surrounds the rear of the property. Within the fenced area is a further block paved seating area furnished with chairs and sun loungers.

Pool and outdoor lighting make it perfect for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. There is an abundance of outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and April and is available at an optional extra.

There is also complimentary hi-speed wireless internet access. In addition there is a high chair and travel cot (pack n play) for the smaller members of your party.
