Sitting on an acre with 6 bedrooms, 7 and 1/2 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers, 3 1/2 kitchens, ample outdoor entertaining spaces including a resort-style pool and 10-person spa, and a separate game room with darts and a pool table, it is a dream property for all to enjoy.

NOTE: Brand new 100-foot dock just completed to accomodate boats of all sizes.

The upper level of main house has a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 2 king ensuite bedrooms with covered patios and balconies with beautiful water views. It also has a third bedroom (queen) or can be an office with a full bath directly outside the bedroom door.

The tower over the garage features two en-suite king bedrooms with a kitchenette and eating area, marble floors throughout, and a shared covered balcony offering Florida Bay and sunset views.

Guests enjoy the private amenities of this pristine one-acre property directly on the Florida Bay. A beautiful large pool with spa, plenty of sunny patios and a beachfront area to enjoy the wonderful Keys weather. We also have a private sandy beach for Bay access, a private jetty with Tiki hut for a small NTE 21 ft. boat (special arrangement). NOTE – The Corps of Engineer’s just approved a new pier off the jetty which is planned for the future. It is designed to accommodate 2 or more larger boats so keep this in mind for future visits. There is also a gas grill with BBQ, year-round “Pool Room” with wet bar and ice machine, Sonos sound system, TV and plenty of outdoor sunbathing spots and parking. Please note that access to property is limited to rental guests only.

House Rules - Monthly bookings only (28 day minimum per County Ordinance). Please do not split months. Very quiet, pristine, and beautiful.

With over an acre of property including bay bottom, the grounds are private and yet accessible. You can swim in the new large pool or take a dip in the bay, fish from the dock or try paddle boarding from the beach. Enjoy nightly sunsets at the close of each day from one of the many outdoor covered balconies or open patios this luxury spacious home provides. Each suite has cooking facilities, private bathing faculties and outdoor living accommodations. Rentals require a 28 day minimum stay. No pets and no smoking please. 6 dining options within walking distance. Founders Park with beach, Olympic pool tennis and pickle ball courts, ball fields, golf full swing practice area all free to use by renters. Pool does has a separate surcharge per person. Boat Ramp available with cost of about $25 in and out.
