The patio has a gas grill and table that seats 8 for entertaining. The dock has a fish light for nighttime viewing of fish such as snook and porpoises. The over-sized yard has plenty of room for pets or children to play, including a court for bocce ball and corn hole. The home features a custom kitchen with induction cook-top, breakfast bar with Murray Bros. fighting chairs, built in bar, dining room with chandelier, pinball machine, and 2 car garage with ice maker.

The Coral bedroom upstairs with its Caribbean flair features TWO queen beds, a separate workspace and a walk-in closet. This oversized room is decorated in coral decor with luxury bedding and has french doors onto the terrace overlooking the canal.

The upstairs bathroom features a frame-less glass shower enclosure with bench and whirlpool bathtub with marble surround. The large vanity includes a make-up area.

There are 2 laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a french door refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for 16 place settings, cookware, bakeware, Breville toaster oven, mixer, and more.
