Come stay in our condo just across the street from the beach! Nestled in the heart of Destin this property is located at Grand Caribbean West. Steps away from the Gulf of Mexico on the beautiful Crystal Beach area on Scenic Hwy 98. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom end unit is located on the first floor with more privacy and directly across from the beach access entrance.
The space
Comfortably accommodates 6 people with king size bed in the bedroom, 2 twin size bunks in the hallway and a queen size bed within the sleeper sofa in the living room. Unwind in the condo with the 2 TVs – 49" in the living room and 32" in the bedroom, both include cable and Blue-ray/DVD player. Wifi included. No need to share your laundry with an entire condominium, washer and dryer included inside of the unit. Prepare a delicious meal in the fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware and dishes included. Grilling area located on the property.
Guest access
Guest access will be for the entire unit. The pool and hot tub are community areas. Access code for entry to the condo will be sent once reservation has been completed.

MUST BE OVER 25 to RENT: The condo association has an age requirement of 25 and older to rent. If you do not meet this requirement, you will not be able to proceed with booking or reservation. The person renting must be staying at the property through the duration of the visit.

NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which includes inside the unit and outside in the common areas, this includes e-cigarettes. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal.
